Hello my name is Gabriel Dominguez and my email is lovegabedom88gmail.com and here is my complain it says that my package has already arrived at my location but it hasn't so what dose that mean im not going to get my package because I never use wish before I only use like Amazon and I don't understand why it says it already arrived to my location if it hasn't

I place a order for over 30 item paid over 500 dollars for Christmas maybe received about 10 items out of the order that was placed on November 27, 2016 its now February 6, 2017 . There no response from a human . Just website asking dumb question with no response that is of any help
I want my refund or im calling better business Bureau and attorney

This company is a fraud fishing creditcard card numbers - they let you make few purchases and when packages wont appear or apper empty or containing broken/used/conterfeit items they block your account so that you could not mąkę any complain. They wont give you refund, just send you automatic answer that your account is blocked and you should send them the photo of your card to unblock your account. But even od you would - they wouldnt unblock it.

Money was taken out of account the bank gave me this number to show it was taken out this makes three times never received products or free gift ready to contact better business bureau #bank gave me to prove it #8778877815really don't know what else to say unless I do contact better business bureau just would really like to get this order other wish will take it to a higher level and really don't think I will be going through wish

I ordered 17 items from wish. I placed the first one on November 22 2016. I bought then with enough time for Xmas. And I still to this day have not got one of the items. I'm very upset of this as I have never had a problem before with them. And even when I did contact them they just kept saying it's on the way. And at leave have of the track numbers they gave me wouldn't track anything. Yes they refunded me the money. But I didn't ask for that. I just wanted my items. And because they jumped to a refund so fast. I truely feel that my order never was even prosessed. One of the stores wasn't even open anymore. Doesn't make any sense to me. Now I'm very unhappy without any of he products even when they told me they were still coming. But I believe they ain't.

I placed an order on 31.01.17 for items and haven't received any information about it, I called klarnaAB and they ask me to contact you personally, well I am in need for the items because I first odert it last year 2016 on December but the shop owner didn't write my correct address, so couldn't get the items bill nr. :[protected] this nr. Is the order nr they gave me on 31.01.17 for my( 34 euro)

On November 25th 2016 I ordered a sticker for my husbands PlayStation 4 controller a sticker LOL and I still have not received the item. Come on people are you serious it is a sticker it should not take over 2 months to receive this. I heard such wonderful things about wish but this is actually the second item that I have ordered from them that has been late. The first thing I ordered was a phone case which also took over a month and a half to receive and was past the date that they said I would receive it. I will not order from them again this is ridiculous there's no reason for these simple items to take over two months to be received this is crazy. And not only that when you go to try and contact their customer service you can't talk to anyone you have to either email them or send them a message which they don't reply to. Crazy

I ordered a drone the beginning of December 2016 and have yet to recieve it. I've waited and do not have the tracking numbers or anything. I paid 74 dollars for this item and haven't got anything nor recieved any information about my order... tried to call the 1800 number but no luck. Is there a way they could just refund me my money so I can go buy one at a local store?

I feel as if I've waited longer but no I've waited 1 whole month going on two months for my package and its still not here. I just want to know where my stuff is. And when it's really coming. If I can't find the tracking number I won't know when the package will really coming because usually it's says a date then comes SUPER late. I just want my stuff.

I wold like a refund on three pairs of boots. They are terrible quality and twould pair are not even the right item. Plus they do not fit. Everytime I go in a request a refund, I am not permitted to attach a photo, so my request will not go through. I am very frustrated, and I order alot from your compan5. I purchased a 925 sterling silver amethyst ring on 12-29-16. I received it on Friday 1-27-17 and it was trashed. As in the setting is crushed, the stone is out, and the packaging was totally mangled. I am very disappointed. Since I obviously can not use this item and would like a new one or a refund if the ring is not available. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I ordered the DBZ tights trousers and received the wrong item. I received a DBZ shirt instead. I have already written in a complaint but it has been over a week and I have not gotten a response. I would like the item that I originally purchased sent to me as I was really looking forward to receiving said item. This is crazy. I'm so sick of scams and ordering off the internet, bc of places like this. If someone orders and pays for their items - how hard is it to ship them!? And no responses make it worse. The world doesn't even have the decency to make money legally anymore or give someone a heads up on paying for nothing! During christmas too. Smh. When ppl are their brokest. Thanks wish.com. U lost what could've been, a good customer.

I used it a few times but one night I Try
To get up with the bar as usual and the bar
Was in my hand broken. I fell on my back
I had to go to the hospital . After x-rays
And a prescription of anti inflammatory
And pain killer I went home. I had to stay in bed for 3 days. I am gull of bruises.
And the pain stay for almost 2 weeks.
So I sended with pictures 31 emails.
I had no refund no explanation no excuses
Nothing. What did I have to do to get an anserw.

I want a refund on the things i ordered there should live person i want my money back within 48hrs i have left several refund request this is ridiculious i should have to go threwthis you took the money right out wheb it was purchase and it should be the way. My husband's work is being featured on your app and he was not aware of it until I came across it. If you continue to use the picture, you either need to give him profit on it or take the picture down. If neither there will be legal action taken place against your company. Ao finalizar compra sou direcionado ao tela onde pede xerox do documento de identificação e comprovante de endereço, ate ai tudo em, mais quanto tento apresentar cartão de credito e / ou fatura da ultima compra o campo fica em branco e não consigo finalizar, já mandei esses documentos através do atendimento do wish e tudo também pelo paypal, já cancelei e abri outras contas e da tudo no mesmo, já perdi varias compras por falta de pagamento em tempo hábil, estou com esse problema desde o inicio de dezembro de 2016 e vocês até agora não tomaram nenhuma providencia mesmo todas as vezes informando que entrariam em contato em até 3 dias, e ai como fico ? risco o wish da minha lista de site ?

I received a confirmation email that my order was accepted on 1-19-17. I received another email stating my order was processed on 1-19-17. On 1-20-17 I received an email stating one of my products order has been shipped. I have NOT received my order, and I am unable to track my package. I'm really angry my debit card was charged and I have not received any of my items. I would like this issue resolved or I want the money put back on my card immediately and I will never order from this site as it is not accurate and I am unable to track my package. I'd like answers, and the customer support number is not useful at all.
