The reason why this client could not get in contact with our company is because he phoned after office hours (11:13 pm), please refer to the attached as proof. This client is a member since 2016 and support was provided to him already. He sent his email to get support on Friday 21 July 2017 04:40 pm (after office hours), we replied to him on Monday morning 24 July 2017 08:41 am to request his membership number provided to him upon registration to validate his membership in order for us to assist him. For security reasons all personal information has been blacked out on the attached.
