if the people on here were educated they would understand a 35% carbamide peroxide is used that is enough to take out 10-14 shades in a 30 minute treatment so no matter what if they did the treatment or not they had carbamide peroxide used during the treatment so what they payed for was as strong of a treatment they can get so why complain carbamide peroxide if for some reason it did work then your teeth must be dead. So I'm sure the only bad responces on here are dentists trying to get us to pay money to remove a bad post but we won't we are in over 18, 000 Dental offices in the world and have dental awarded products. Please don't listen to people look up carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide it's the only thing dentist use now for teeth whitening.

This product is DANGEROUS! I got it done at Aventura Mall I got it done at Aventura Mall. My gums were burning and I was in pain and could feel burning while the I was getting it done and the dumb women there let it continue. Afterwards my gums were bleeding and damaged and I was crying for 4 days in a row. DO NOT GET IT! It damaged my gums and teeth and they were hurting intensely for one and a half weeks and part of my gums were white. I could not even talk or eat afterward because I was in so much pain. It removed the precious enamel off my teeth as well and has permanently damaged my teeth, gums, and mouth. My gums suffered a "chemical burn" from the chemical they used. This company should not be in business hurting people like this! There was no number to call when I was in serious pain and they won't give you a refund at all. They are not up front with you about what they are doing. It is unlawful for this company to be doing this. I never thought this could happen in Aventura Mall. The mall is not protecting people by allowing this company to be there. I went back to their mall Kiosk and they didn't even care didn't even want my name so they could report it to the company. All they want is your money and they will hurt you so they can make more until someone finally stops them! AVENTURA MALL should not allow this company to do this to the people that shop in this mall.
