In december of 2018, last month, I ordered a pair of joie black boots for around $90 us dollars. They accepted my order and payment. They sent me a very large pair of pink slippers after several weeks. When I tried to contact the company to discuss the error and how to either receive the correct boots or a refund, no one from the company responded to my emails. There is no phone number listed to contact this company.
