I paid for the sleeve surgery as well as for a repair of a hiatal hernia. It has been almost 3 weeks and no one will return my call nor refund my money. The Xray clearly shows a large bubble/Hiatal Hernia. One nurse (after surgery) admitted that the doctor did not know I wanted to have the Hiatal Surgery done, so he didn't do it. Yet, no refund and no phone calls from WeightlossAgents to rectify this situation.
Weight Loss Agents sent me an email and said that they are checking into this error. 1/6/15.
Weight loss agency has stated in an email that they will refund my money. but they stated that they did do the hiatal hernia surgery. Said that they would refund my money anyway for the hiatal hernia.
If you paid with a credit card to weightlossagents.com, just call your credit card company and do a BACK CHARGE. Tell your credit card company three things: 1. International transaction for a service, 2. card not present and 3. documents that they made you sign are not PCI compliant. Your credit card company should give you your money back immediately.
