refused on time payment of rent in June July etc. is now evicting for non payment. have numerous correspondence dating back 2008 of threats to evict. one of which is a threat to evict if boyfriend was seen on property. boyfriend was at time abusing tenant and vieras was informed of restraining order and still they rented a birth to him for his boat. then boyfriend shortly after this letter arrived beat and kidnapped tenant landlords never called 911 or assisted in anyway. entrance to resort is by bridge which office is at end of.
landlord has shut power off to home spoiling all food in freezer and fridge. continues to dictate whom may visit home of tenant. which she owns and the land is leased. sends letters about the slightest things. i.e. bikes in carport children playing. while his own place and his neighbors places are cluttered with junk and outside storage. has called parents of tenant proclaiming police at daughters as if they were their for criminal reasons when they were called for attempted break ins and for abused friend who was being stalked and stalker was on site threatening harm. landlord is strong arming multiple tenants evicts buys house for nothing at auction tears down moves in newer modular home sales at huge profit. have pics and documentation.

First of all I suggest you learn how to spell. Secondly, no landlord sends evictions notices without several attempts to collect rent, or working with tenant. Evicting someone is not simple. It includes documenting all complaints from other tenants and it is costly in terms of time and money, including several court appearances - which by the way, if either party does not attend, the verdict is automatically granted to the person who appeared.
There are two sides to every story - and our court system tends to be extremely lenient when it comes to displacing someone from their home. The reasons must be very clear and substantiated .
