I hadn’t been feeling well for going on three days. My throat has been hurting from a severe dry cough with little flem that was green my coughing keeps me up half the night, my head hurts from mucus building up in my sinus wall. I can barely breathe out my mouth and my nose is completely stopped up so breathing there is out of the question. I’m having trouble breathing I’ve never experienced this nor have I ever in my life smoked any cigarettes or recreational drugs. Ive been purchasing over the counter medication since day one and two that hasn’t been working by day three I couldn’t bare it anymore and decided to seek medical care at UMC urgent care on Nellis Blvd and was treated unfair. I have health insurance for a reason and that is to get professional medical care and prescribe medication that is covered under my insurance so I don’t have to come out of pocket at all or at a little copay. Dr Solomon N Javier failed to provide proper care after diagnosing me with sinusitis, bronchitis, sore red irritated throat, allergic rhinitis, he also failed to write me a prescription that is covered under my insurance or that I have taken before under my medication history. I called Dr Solomon N Javier MD office several times was placed on hold for over 30mins and was told he doesn’t want to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. Dr Solomon N Javier MD prescribed me three medication amoxicillin, loratadine, and brompheniramine DM which is not covered under my insurance I asked the doctor to prescribe a medication that is covered and or a medication that is in my medication history list which is promethazine DM he refused to prescribe the medication and refuse to respond back to the pharmacist request to have another cough medication sent it that is covered by my insurance. He didn’t seem all to concerned with my health’s wellbeing and rushed me out of the urgent care.

I took daughter to the ER 10/13/18, we were at UMC from 10am to 7pm, we waiting for hours finally after 4hrs we were taken to MSC 01, where there was a filiphino nurse with long hair was very rude constantly arguing with my daughter, my daughter was already agitated and in a lot of pain, she was provoking. Then around 4 or so this new person started an older man nurse with an earing he was talking about us and when the nurse came in with the discharge papers the prescriptions were not right for my daughter and my daughter was asking for the DR and this male nurse told the nurse to call security and have us escorted out/ very rude and he started insulting us, my daughter called him a [censored] because he would not shut up and he said I had bad parenting skills and was insulting me, I really feel there is no compassion with this team of nurses. very mean to us . I would like someone to contact me.
