I too am having the same issues with this company.

I get absolutely no response from UVN or Premuir Escrow Co.

This does indeed appear to be a major scam.

I do believe these are the same people because the name they are operating under now is Ultimate Vacation Group in Sanford Florida. They now sell vacation packages for caribbean cruise line and telling the customers that the government port tax is 237.00 dollars but the port tax is 59.00 per person, and the monies are non refundable. The employees that work for them, if they quit they will not give you your paycheck. This company is now located in Sanford Florida under the name Ultimate Vacation Group LLC.

They are scam artists! I checked with the Melbourne, Florida police department. A police officer actually went to the address provided for Premier Escrow Services and no such company ever existed at that address. The police department at Troy, Michigan had no record of Ultimate Vacations Network at the address provided. I did file a compliant with the Federal Trade Comission.

Ultimate Vacation Network (UVN), located in Troy Michigan, and Premier Escrow Services, supposed located in Florida and seems to operate under different names are a total scam. They promise to sell your timeshares but they need monies, for government taxes, to be paid upfront. This mode of operation goes on for several months. They cannot fulfill their agreement and refuse to refund monies paid. The credit card bank acted on good faith to attempt to resolve the matter, but to no avail. UVN (the borker) uses Integra Asesores Merc in Puerto Vallarta and the bank is Banco Sandtander located in Puerto Vallarta.
Everyone needs to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and theAttorney Generals of Michigan and Florida. There seems to be some investigation that's begun. Everyone who has been "scammed" by these people need to file a formal complaint.
