1) The Company Makes you work for 10 Hours. from morning 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
2) If you work on the weekend than you are paid one days salary only as per labour law it should be 2 times of normal salary.
3) No Proper management of employees are done.
4) Manager are thinking that we are their servant and not an employee of the company.
5) Pantry area is not cleaned properly and people are allowed to smoke inside the office.
6) If you claim your weekend Working days than manager says we havent received the payment from the client yet.
7) If we ask for Quotations from Account Managers the emails are not responded on time till we dont call up and do the follow ups.
8) The Accounts Departments are not replying on time and they often misplace the Documents sent via internal messenger.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i have been offered a job by Alph Data Dubai. i just accidently come across multiple blogs against this company..
I hails from India. Should i leave this offer because i am really scared by reading all the blogs against this co.
No absolutely not. Alpha Data simply do not honor their contracts
All of the bad things that are written here are absolutely right.
I had also experiences unprofessional act by the Manager of Outsourcing Department (Jayant):
1. He will let assign you to Abu Dhabi even your work place written in the contract is only at Dubai.
2. He doesn't care about your personal matters, he just make your job miserable he will let you travel hours and the whole day and work 8hours total of 16hours without considering that you are married woman.
3. Yes they will pay travel expenses but he (Jayant) will not care about your health.
4. He hired. 10 percent is only from other nationalities and hired 90 percent from his countrty.
5. Unfair? yes he will go to his house by 1-4pm to sleep and go home by 5pm.
6. He just saving his interest by saying that outsourcing dept can survive with minimal expense without considering that his team will suffer.
7. Actually, why this he doesn't give temporary accommodation / hotel on the engineers that's far from the origin where you visa is.'

I strongly agree with the complaint against Alpha data since i am an ex employee. Alpha data is the worst, non-standard and useless company i have ever seen in the world. Some times i wonder whether its a system integrator or an FINANCE COMPANY. Because when the employes leave the company they suck your blook as much as they can. We need to pay alot to the company if you leave the company. As mentioned bye MR PRASAD, he said that alpha data is known and famous system integrator in UAE.
Simple case, Why the peoples only blame Alpha data. There are lot of system integrators exisitng in UAE. But still why only alpha data is getting blamed ? Employes are never been happy with this company, it was a big mistake i hav ever did in my life. So, guys i reuquest you never join this company for any reason.
The managment peoples are very useless in the company. There is one stupid and Idiot program manager who is suspported a service manager. In my point of view, he is not even eligible to sit in that position. And most the peoples who is sitting in high position are useless peoples who dont know how to behave with peopples.
There are special labour laws existing only in Alpha data. If anyone leave the company before completing three years we have to pay them a huge amount of money (its 25000 dhs i guess). This is an income for alpha data from employes so that they can avoid employes settlement money.
GUYS, DONT EVER...EVER...EVER...EVER JOIN TO THIS USELESS COMPANY. TAKE IT AS A REQUEST SHOULD BE USEFUL FOR YOU...ORLESE YOU WILL BE IN TRAP..

We all know that company has earned very good reputation in market in their last 23 years. It is very hard to believe that such a strong company has taken such a decision to reduce the salary or fire the employee to maintain their profit.
Because of the company such decision their employees re not able to fulfill their family and other commitments.
We do understand the market condition that’s y no body expect increment from company. We all have supported the company in recession but now company should at least revised the salary to their actual and motivate their employees
Please think on this and try to motivate all affected employees.
