I purchased a hot tub from these people in August 2017. They came out to my house and met me and my 2 disabled children and seemed really nice. I paid in full for my hot tub by cheque (stupid I know) that same day. A couple of weeks later a was looking on the internet and found hundreds of complaints about the company. I decided to cancel my order, which according to the terms and conditions you could do at any time but after 7 days you lose 1 third of the order value this I accepted. I was told by the girls in the office that my money would be refunded within 28 days. This time came and went so I chased uo with several phonecalls. I was promised that it was being processed. I got fed up of waiting and decided to get in touch with trading standards. They advised me to write a letter recorded delivery saying that if my money was not refunded within 7 days I would be taking court action. I eneded up sending 4 letters in total and needless to say no money! So I have now started court proceedings against these people and apparently they are going to defend the whole case!
We cannot let these people get away with this they are stealing from people and have no shame.Thet have basically stolen from 2 disabled children. We need as many people as possible to complain about these people ao they cant steal from anybody else. Get in touch with your local trading standards and write to watch dog. The more people who comlpian the more chance we have of stopping these people. Please get in touch if you have any information thankyou

Trade Price Group - Can you trust them, no you certainly can't. They will take your money with promises of a superb product that still after 8 months has still not arrived. We are going to court to claim our monies back as we do not believe that the product is ever going to arrive and also the product we were told we would be receiving is not American but infact Chinese. If you have any queries or complaints your calls will be ignored, your messages will be ignored, your Emails will be ignored and the same with your texts. If you are lucky enough to get a reply it will only be lies. If you have brought from this company, I would strongly suggest that you call consumer direct and quote Trade Price Group is who you are calling about and they will advise you what to do next as they have heard it over and over again from all the other poor people that they have ripped off!
we ordered our spa in feb recieved the spa aug and still not recieved
the gazeebo we have now seen they have been declared bankrupt
is there any way we can file a complaint or is there already one we

hi i purchased a swim spa paid in full had same problem was told 6 to 8 weeks infact was 20 before it arrived was suposed to send someone to check makesure i could get it in never bothered. cost me double to get a crane at short notice and another £275 for electrician because wen he phoned them up they gave him the wrong spec .dont get me wrong the pool is brill but is not exactly wot it said .said had a 5 k heater hasnt its got a 3k heater dvd player never worked said would post next day all in all stillwaiting for 2 filters dvd cd player steps and a panel they smashed putting it in . the lads who installed it were very good but the office staff were incompedent to say the least phone them up every week to see when items will arrive there being put in container they say 8 weeks they have been putting them in container will give it another couple of weeks then i will be suing .

hi we purchased a hot tub from these con artists in july 2017 and was told if we payed in full we would get priority order and should be delivered between 6 and 8 weeks! what a joke! im still not being told anything as to where are hot tub is and have been told that our money wont be refunded we have paid the majority with a credit card but also £1500 by a debit card! this has made me ill worrying about it, and we now are taking legal advice on this matter! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
