SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Giving Out My Address and Personal Information

I signed up for and they ask for your address and say it's only for items you request. Now I am being bombarded with baby-related junk mail, and only found out it was because of the Bump because I opened one up today and the company had included a letter that said they got my information from the Bump. I believe this is in violation of the Bump's customer's rights, to be giving out their addresses and personal medical information. Pregnancy is a medical condition that most people do not want to make public, especially so early on. Heaven forbid a customer miscarries and continues to receive baby mail from random companies? That's torture. It's completely unprofessional and shocking that they would say one thing and do something completely opposite.

I guess you didn't bother to read their privacy policy before you signed up. I suggest you do so now.
