DON't STAY AT THIS HOTEL! EDGEWATER WATERPARK DULUTH nightmare!
I had a nightmare of a stay at this Hotel! BAD Service! The workers there are very rude and uncaring! The Bed's are Rock hard! No water pressure in the room at all, for the sink or shower! Hardly any Hot water, The TV was old and outdated. The refridgerator froze all my beer! and the heater would not shut off in the room, it was just like we were in a sauna ALL night in our room. The workers there would do nothing, and then they charged me $100 for a FALSE smoking charge (none of us smoke! must of been the maid!) The front desk called our room at 8:30 in the morning and woke us all up, after barely getting any sleep because of hard beds and too hot of heater in the room. My toddler son kept waking up saying "MAMA I'M HOT!" This place needs to make some serious maintenance checks. Nightmare stay, never again! The Waterpark is totally unsanitary too, and WAY overcrowded! ALL OF US WHO WENT TO THE WATERPARK GOT SERIOUS DIAHRREA! i HAD TO TAKE MY POOR SON TO THE DOCTOR IT WAS SOOOO BAD! Never had such an awful stay as at this place from HELL! No appologies from the workers there or anything, totally callous and uncaring and RUDE!
