Tee Chipcoffee mug/I am your biggest fan

I bought 3 mugs from tee chip. On Monday January 23, 2017 I received two of the mugs. They were in separate containers and did not have the tracking number on them that was provided by TeeChip. I waited for 2 days hoping that I would receive the third mug. It is now Thursday the 26th and I still haven't received the mug. I have 3 children and wanted to give each one a mug. I have tried to contact TeeChip but they do not answer their phones. Everything is automated and I can't get any answers to were the third mug is. My number is [protected] and my name is Susan Aslett. The order number is [protected]. The order was partially delivered by DHL and then USPS. I would like to have the third mug, but if that isn't possible a refund.
