TapJoypayment not received, they lied to me

I completed an offer to "complete Island 3 in Pirate Kings, " but my reward never came, so I sent a support request. They reply many days later by saying "this app is not installed on your device ID." Basically telling me I'm lying to them about having it, even after providing screenshots for proof of completion. Horrible business. I've already reported to the BBB, but I sure hope they can do something about this because treating customers like this is unacceptable.
