This is just the last of several "offers" I have completed through TapJoy that I have not received any rewards for.
I have completed offers that should have rewarded me about 12000 coins in the game TWD: Road to Survival. I have received 0 (zero), and have open tickets to TapJoy support for offers worth about 8000 coins that I am still contesting.
I have provided everything they have asked for; screenshots, receipts, emails.
Waiting time for an email reply is on average two weeks.
Their last resort option seems to be to claim that "the other company could not verify the offer was completed".

I am writing you to tell you about my frustration . Here's the scoop. On Jan 31, 17 I completed an offer for a free trial of an app called magic piano (Sign Up for A Free VIP Exclusive! offer). It was worth over 100 diamonds. When I didn't receive them I contacted tapjoy and sent in necessary screen shots and email for proof of completion (case #[protected]). I have still not receive those diamonds or had any further response from tapjoy. Then, again on Feb. 6, 17 I completed another offer for a free book for my nephew (2 Free Books From World Book New Explorers. Only pay $1 S&H!). After not revieving the 280 diamonds I should have, I again contacted tapjoy and sent necessary screen shots and emails for verification of completion (case #[protected]). I still have not received those diamonds or had any further response for tapjoy as well. Since submitting those diamond claims I have sent 6 emails to tapjoy about the matter along with the email and screenshot proof of completion for both offers. Emails were sent on 2-6, 2-9, 2-13, 2-14, 2-16 and 2-17. The only response I get from tapjoy on any of the emails is the computer generated response saying they are looking into it. Now it seems as though they have made it even harder to contact them. I am frustrated because it should not take this long to get them to respond and award the diamonds I have earned (with proof). I have spent a few hundred dollars on the mysingingmonster app since downloading it in January. I, however, will no longer be doing any more free diamond offers or making any further in app purchases until this matter is solved. I just feel as though this is not something to just sweep under the rug.
I completely agree with you. So far, I am missing a total of 14000 diamonds which should have been awarded over a week ago. I have made contact with tapjoy regarding both matter, one ignored, the other was answered - apparently I have been awarded the diamonds which I have not! Like you, I will not complete anymore offers until the above is resolved.

I completed an offer on the 21st February.
It was to deposit €10, 76 at Kobo in return for 11198 diamonds for the game covet fashion.
I sent an in game request for the missing diamonds.
I've sent proof of the €10, 76 going out of my bank, a screen shot of the confirmation email from Kobo (where they confirmed I have bought 4 books at €10, 76 after €5, 00 discount). I've been asked to be patient and wait and I have. It is now the 23rd and I've heard nothing.

I completed an offer on the 10th February.
It was to deposit £10 at Ladbrokes in return for over 20000 diamonds for the game covet.
I sent an in game request for the missing diamonds.
I've sent proof of the £10 going out of my bank, a screen shot from ladbrokes (whom I've spoken to myself and they confirmed I have deposited £10) and the confirmation email. I've been asked to be patient and wait and I have. It is now the 22nd and I've heard nothing.
The fact that luckily I took screen shots of all of the above. I shouldn't have to!

Tapjoy owe me close to 100000 diamonds. I sent flowers 3 times, non of them rewarded, missing for 2 magazines and for a 50$ subway gift card. I am now looking into using a lawyer because I don't get any response from Tapjoy. I'm adding my response from Openbucks support, took them less then 12 hours to respond, Tapjoy isn't responding other then with a automatic answer. IMVu had to pay their users, I'm sure Tapjoy will to if the right lawyer get involved.

I'm not sure why and how companies can get away with this. This is the definition of 'Internet-facilitated fraud schemes, " which the term used on the FBI cyber crime website. I highly suggest anyone and everyone to submit a fraudulent claim to the FBI at https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx . You can also call the main Tapjoy number, hit # and then 923 to get Stephen Wadsworth, the CEO of Tapjoy, voice mail. This company has over 800 BBB complaints and, as a consumer, i'm SO tired of being taken advantage of. I'm DONE, and i'm fighting back, you should too. It's the only way this is going to stop.
diamond rewards on design home application for fulfilling requirements of offer
I have the Design Home application on my iPad. I have repeatedly completed offers where you say I have been rewarded but the rewards never show up in my app. When I submit a ticket saying that you show my reward as having been paid out but that I never received the reward, you answer saying, "We're happy to inform you that you've already received this reward..." This tells me that there must not be real people reading these tickets because you aren't listening to what I'm saying. I know very well that you think I've been rewarded, but what I'm trying to tell you is that I haven't. Then in your automatic email you also state that if I have further questions or problems to let you know. When I do, I receive no answer. I can't tell you how frustrating this is. Especially because I need the rewards to be able to play the game. So sometimes it works but frequently it doesn't. I never know if all my efforts will be rewarded with a real tangible reward in my inbox on my app. Recently I risked giving my Social Security number to Credit Karma to fulfill the requirements for 15, 783 diamonds. I've continued to use the app, but actually submitted it online as well as the app since you stated downloading the app doesn't fulfill the requirements. You see, I'm painstakingly sticking to the requirements in order that everything will go well. No matter, because you said I was rewarded but the diamonds never showed up. This has happened multiple times with multiple rewards. I could scream with frustration. Especially with losing such a large payout. I feel like you don't care because you don't respond to my cries for help. You just answer in a way that is nonsensical to my problem. Im a new frustrated player here who never received my diamond rewards for all my passing scores. I've wasted so much money buying diamonds
I love it and hate it. I love that it is fun. I hate that the voting appears to be rigged somehow. Also, I find that I may close it down at night with a certain number of diamonds, then when I open it up the next day, half of the diamonds have disappeared!
I don't consider the game addictive but everybody's different. I have PTSD and I utilize the game as a coping mechanism for my anxiety. easiest way to put money in the game is to only do the daily challenges for a few days but that's just me and I've been playing it for almost 2 years now
The game is addictive, we need to stop playing. What happened to the days when you buy a game and play it? Now, everyone one of them is a constant grab for more of your money. Yes me too! And yes to the original comment here. I however, have a different problem altogether. I finally decided enough was enough I had 5 outstanding unrewarded, yet requirements fully met, offers completed. I took screenshots had all my proof and I went ahead and created a support ticket for each one including the screenshots attached proving I completed the offer fully, on some cases spent money, and those scam artists shot me 5 emails back stating, "due to a 'concerning' amount of tickets sent in through this account, we will be denying any more support tickets sent in from this account within the next 24 hours. If you are still having issues after this period, please attach proof and reply back." ARE YOU F***ING KIDDIBG ME?!? WTH? I replied back with a very pissy clap back and told them their services are no longer required. I then unsubscribed to anything tapjoy related and called it a day. However, man, I'm pissed. Its the principal. They in total owe me a little over 100, 000 or so diamonds for home design and not to mention countless others on other apps I completed and didn't bother to worry about...
They don't even LOOK at my screen shots. I just lodged a complaint about it too. You can see that the event still has time left in the screen shots and I get told "You didn't complete it in the time necessary."
Tapjoy is pathetic - I am no longer going to play any games they are associated with. They're full of [censored].
I recently downloaded Angry Birds Match and completed the 30 levels required to earn diamonds. I waited about 3 days to get them in my in-box where they were pending. On checking reward status today, this offer has vanished from my 'Not Rewarded' status and I'm unable to request an investigation.

I have mostly done the ones where you are required to read an article and they don't pay a lot but I don't risk personal information getting out there. I have sent repeated emails about many many offers which have not paid out. I have submitted multiple requests and proof of purchase and screenshots of completed challenges and still nothing. I only ever receive the automated response after the first email.. no response at ll after that.
Desireable resolution is to have the diamonds awarded for real not just a notice saying they have when they havent.. especially the high paying ones which in your app are stated as awarded already.. which have NOT been awarded at all.

Such a scam and waste of time. I play a game called Design Home and the only free way to get more diamonds is to do the offers provided . Sometimes they work but most of the time they don't and when I submit a ticket they ask for proof which I screenshot and send them to get no response back or one that says I have already received the diamonds which obviously I haven't. Even replied which a screenshot of every single email showing the diamonds I did receive and then again No Response. All they want is your info . These games should not be affiliated with tapjoy or they will be off the market in no time.

I did a reward offer listed on tapjoy in reference to an app game "kill shot bravo" where I was to donation of $18 to "save the children" where I would obtain 1536 gold bricks to play kill shot bravo. I made the donation nearly 3 weeks ago and still no gold! I still have the transaction listed on my banking statement and would be more than happy to do so if required. It is very expensive to play this game so the time we spend doing these offers is valuable to us. It makes the game that much more rewarding knowing you got exclusive things without paying much money.

lack of getting earned rewards
I have been playing Covet Fashion for approximately a year now and have had repeated problems with getting the rewards that I have earned either by surveys, videos, slideshows, pages of pictures to go through and purchases. Either I get a response of "you have already been awarded for " (whatever the items is that I've done)", in which I've never viewed the video, taken the quiz, viewed the slideshow, looked at the pages of pictures or done surveys or I get a message that we are backed up but will get to you as soon as possible! My most recent one that has me the most hacked off, is I purchased a pair of Bedphones which was an offer through the game which was on Jan 6, 2017 and it is now Jan 12, 2017 and I still have not received my 6000+ diamond credit for my reward. I submitted a ticket concerning this and the response back was that I didn't do something correctly! I did everything as it was given to me to do. I also sent in a copy of the receipt. Still nothing. This is ridiculous! I have contacted Crowdstar about how much I have been ripped off, unfortunately, I am the one that has to take the time and send in all the ticket numbers so that I can get the rewards that I worked at earning because no one has a breathing warm body working anymore and has computers handling complaints. After this, if I don't get any satisfaction, I will be contacting their Better Business Bureau. I have read way too many complaints about their company, that should send up red flags in their company but maybe they just aren't in the good customer service business!
