TapJoy / not receiving earned currency

I have completed several offers with high rewards. I submit my support request and get a response to send proof. On several I have sent proof numerous times and they refuse to reply. They pick and choose what to respond to and refuse to reward despite proof. Very frustrating. I am owed upwards of 30, 000 diamonds for things that there is no question as to whether I completed. I've been patient and waited weeks, still no response. Unacceptable.
