Talabat Middle East review: no refund 33

The driver called me about the exact location, in my side I talk to him normally, but this delivery man is disrespected me by changining his voice tone, and every time he keep repeating his Fake annoyinhg voice while talking to me. He was trying to copy the Filipino accent. He needs to learn how to respect.

My talabat has been blocked for a couple of months I have contacted talabat 6 times and everytime they tell me we will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible but they haven’t, everytime I try to place an order it says “your account has been blocked due to violation of terms and use” and I’m not the only one having this problem

Talabat has charged me for a YEARLY PLAN of TALABAT PRO despite that my choice was MONTHLY 19 aed and not YEARLY 280 aed!

After the ine week free trial is over ,the payment was done automatically at 17/06/2023 from my card

I senf an email for refund and for explanation however they replied without any explanation for what happened !

Delivery boy comes to deliver food or to molest kids ?

that too they do it with kids who are so innocent and they think they cant say anything……

I've been waiting 14 days now for my refund. I contacted Talibat support and it's the same excuses. Nothing has been done. I was even told to contact my bank as the money is being processed. All tactics to not deal with my refund.

I sent so many request and refund, no solution. I only received call once, and he said he will call me back, I did not get any call. After filing complaint, I will receive auto reply email, Very Bad Customer Service

i ordered from Talabat in Abu Dhabi at Athena restaurant on 23 October 2022, i have requested and cancel order due to food quality but there is no support from Talabat at all and i didnt got my refound

i ordered from KFC today an order that has two dippings which costs Qar 30 .i recieved the order without the two dippings and it wasted my time and caused me very bad experience. I want a refund. why the order of kfc I received missing these two items ?!

Talabat service becoming worse and worse everyday every order is wrong and late always and ignoring all costumers requests!

Dear team . I have opted for talabat online ordering for my restaurant, and since 3 months there is no progress in the process. All i am being told are the unrelated excuses by your employees. Two times cancelling my orders is not acceptable at all there is many app giving better customer service and delevring my order on time

TALABAT IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!
The worst delivery company I've ever dealt with! I never write reviews but this company is just so bad! I waited 6 hours for the delivery . Never use them or you will most definitely regret it!
note: the manager of complaints dept, offered me 20AED refund! what am I supposed to use them for after my visitors left?!

On 2 of may, there was a problem with my order and they didnot inform me. I knew after I call to ask about the order. An d until today I didnot get my money back ( they said on the phone the refund takes 5 days) I just called and they will still call the bank OMG still they will call the bank .

I have ordered twice this week but the ones that are in the menu were both not available in actual. They shoudn't be posting the goods in their menu if it's not available. Disappointing!

I waited 2hours before cancelling my order of kfc. Does a kfc take this long to deliver? no, it's because talabat is rubbish. Don't get the app or you will just get hungry

The Company is a fraud, i ordered a food which was delivered 2.5 hours after my order, non of talabat really care of what i am saying, their customer service person was so rude when i tried to do live chat .
With no respect or care they refused to refund the money.

I don't recommend anyone to use it.

I ordered in Pizza Hut before 6pm ang they gave me order # then at 6:30pm they called me and suddenly cancelled my order because they are busy if they are busy it should be written there not like this that we expected that we can eat right now the pizza.. im very very disappointed!

They cancelled my order with letting me know.

After an hour and 15 mins I contacted them.

All they said was "Sorry your order was cancelled by mistake"

Today morning i got a notification that i am eligible for 25% of discount on any order, and i ordered but i did not got any discount, my order id is [protected] and also attached my purchase reciept please solve this at eaelier.

I placed 2 orders in a row at chili's that got canceled more than a half hour after being placed without informing me by any mean.. this is so frustrating and disrespectful especially that my card keeps getting charged

The price for my last order have been debited twice from the regular price from my k-net. it happened today as my order arrived. The bank sent me a message telling me that it have been debited with the same price I paid for the order.

Talabat is the worst food delivery website ever!
