Synergy Contracting Group review: Money and unfinished work

Synergy Contracting Group refuses to pay me the $638.07 owed to me and 2 other guy's from a job that was done on 12/18/14. The owners Jeffrey Vogt and Cody Douglas Vogt, told me that they refuse to pay me what's owed from a job that we've done 7 month's ago. Cody Vogt told me to but the supplies need for the job and he'd pay me back after i hand him the recipes. So after the job was done I handed Cody Vogt the recipes in front of everyone and he said he world repay me. A day later i call to collect the money and he said... " what recipes! I threw them out! I don't owe you guy's nothing! " and then he told me... " keep your mouth shut or else!" So i called Jeffrey Vogt and explained the situation and he told me i will get you paid. Well today 7/31/15 Jeffrey Vogt told me that they will not pay me anything. For the last 7 month's i've called them 5 days a week leaving voicmails since the issue i've emailed Cody Voty multiple time all asking for us to meet up and discuss the issue at hand and they e-mailed and called back always saying NO! we don't wanna sit down and figure this out with me. Since the problem start Jeffrey Vogt has made Cody Vogt step down so that a David can take over due to all the complaints posted online stating that Cody Vogt never pays people what's owes and that he never finishes any of the job's they take on. I have the customers address that i worked on that can verify everything I've told you today about money being owed because I left all of the Supplies at her house. She also said that they never finished the job that they had to do and how pissed she was at Cody Vogt for all his lies he's told. They claim i never did this job although they have a company check with my signature on it that morning from the tile i picked up for them from. Floor and Decore off of Drew street and us 19, how would my signature be on something that they claim i didn't do? Also one of their employees Jeff Smith is a speaker for them at a business networking group called BNI and Jeff Smith is always apologizing for Cody Vogt's mess up's. I don't understand how a company that made 1.4 million last year can't pay any of their bill's.
