[Resolved] Stylewe / still no money

I was very happy when StyleWe contacted me and offered me a refund. They asked me to contact them as soon as possible to discuss all the details and I did as they said but they did not reply!
I thought they really wanted to help and fix their mistake, but that was too good to be true. They promised me a refund and didn't keep their promise.
So do not believe when they promise to help.
My story was simply - I bought a dress and it was too small, so I sent it back for a refund.
Still no money and a lot of time already passed. What a scam site!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Sorry for the inconvenience first. Could you pls tell us the order number so that we can help? We will def refund your money if we receive your returned, unless the returned item is damaged and cannot be in resale.
