Steak 'n Shake

I want to let you know that the service at the steak and shake on upper peach st in Erie pa consistently terrible. I have waited in the drive through like for up to 30 minutes during daylight hours. The staff could care less about doing there job it seems as they meander their way from order to order. Today I pulled up and was greeted with being told there was a 15 minute wait by the drive through teller before even taking my order. The service here reeeaalllyy stands out as bad even for around here...
