SoundCloud / forced subscription stolen money

My name is Muqadas Diab and I signed up for a Soundcloud account years ago and even purchased the monthly subscription. I have not used soundcloud in years and I have forgotten my login information. The Soundcloud company has been taking $9.99 US dollars from my account every month for years. I have tried and failed to contact Soundcloud numerous times. I've tried to cancel the subscription with my bank, and I've tried many times to call the number listed with the bill on my bank statements. Nothing has worked and I have been getting robbed for as long as I stopped using Soundcloud. I'd like to be refunded my money immediately. My email address where you can contact me is

    I am having the same issue but somehow my 93 year old mother has been getting charged for quite some time and I don't believe she ever signed up for this. Therefore there is no email, account login or any other information to sign on with.
