SongJiangQu? review: a wig I ordered on facebook 1

This wig I ordered from YOUR company came with the crown matted beyond any way of repair. Their phone number they give for complaints is not a good number, there is no paper work with a good phone number and any way to get ahold of this company. If I can not resolve this matter I will report your company to Facebook and the BBB and I will go on Face Book/ Twitter and tell everyone to not order anything from your company.
