snitactical.com review: broken ubr stock for airsoft 7

I purchased this stock for airsoft gun and it arrived cracked. After 32 emails and telling me they would replace it, they would not unless I sent them 12.00 more dollars. They ask for pictures. I sent them. Still no replacement part. I will no longer do any business with China because of them. If you have a problem with your purchase, there is no fix. They accuse you of lying. I have the emails if you want them. My name is Robert Covington and my order number was 17570 for $56.00 My email is [protected]@gmail.com

I paid for several items claimed to be in stock and paid for express five day shipping, 12 days later they have ignored every email sent to them, nothing has been sent and I have been forced to start a chargeback through my bank.

As seen here, you give dhgate info they request in above message and it falls on deaf ears.

Dealing with this company on this particular order has been nothing less than the worst customer service EVER.

DHGate chat reps also make up their own company rules which change depending on rep (one rep says one way is rule, another says opposite) and is all recorded in my chat log and screen caps.

I sent sundi@dhgate.com in escalations a reply several days ago and like above... still no reply.

Bottom line... dhgate only cares about themselves and their sellers. More proof of this is they offered me 20.00 on a 50.00 purchase to let it go. No dhgate, the used defective garbage I was sent is NOT worth 30.00

Buyers really need to know with my findings so far, DHGates "Buyer Protection Guarantee" has absolutely no value as you can easily see from above experience.

Order #[protected] and I await a pre-paid return label or refund ASAP.

I'm also if it pleases the seller, willing to show USED and DEFECTIVE sight I was sent, smashed to pieces with a sledge hammer if necessary.

I've spent a lot of time and energy on this already between seller and dhgate chat/escalations etc. and will get my $50.08 back either by dhgate doing the right thing or by posting my experience abroad.

Dhgate is really the one loosing out on this partially due to the sellers dishonesty but also from your unfair policy on returns (seller should be forced to provide a prepaid shipping label as they do on Amazon, eBay etc.)

I know of some other items over $100.00 if not for this experience I was going to order. Now I'll wait and see what happens.

Dhgate chat reps also are not on the same page and say different things. *All of above can be found on my chat messages and you really should also get chat reps on the same page to tell customers correct information.

Attached are images of sight I was sent for others to see. There also is some type of liquid all over battery plate when opened. *Another thing, dhgate limits buyer to only 4 images which all must be resized and also offers no area to add a note to explain. They only offer random reasons to choose from. Chat also says to send images you need to use Internet Explorer... dhgate... it's no longer the 70's it's time to update your website.

snitactical .com also sells on dhgate .com

These low life thieves sent me a defective and USED sight.

They are impossible to deal with via dhgate messaging and sent them proof pictures 4 times and they said not received, chat rep sent and assured they did get yet they still claim not received.

dhgate has it hidden in their terms that buyer has to purchase return shipping label and if/when seller receives and dhgate ok's return then, if lucky you are refunded both payments.

AVOID snitactical at all cost and if you got RIPPED OFF like many others have by snitactical, then SPREAD THE WORD!
