SmartDataSoft / asking the customer for refund at the last as it has a lot of bugs.

I have a very bad experience with SmartDataSoft. I have buy a online store website from them. I have asked them for the buys which i faced at localhost while development. They asked me that we cannot share the data please send us the credentials of the live server so that we may help you out. I have attached the screenshot of their this email, which i received. Now, When i have uploaded all my products and share my credentials with them and mentioned all the errors. Now they asked me that sorry sir. Please issue a refund token so that we can refund you instead of solving my problem by mentioning the reason that our developer who developed the theme has left our company.
I think SmartDataSoft Team is here to make fun of us. So, I recommend you people not to go with such unprofessional team.
Lastly, They donot provide full documentation.
I have a question for themeforest? Are they checking the quality of the themes the companies providing?

Note: Website is not working on Server, just running on the Localhost.
