slim ice gel review: undelivered 1

this ridiculous company is selling all duplicate products. Once i have ordered a sauna belt and it was totally useless. Nothing has happened as shown in tv. Also the material in it started burning because of the heat. I have ordered a slim ice gel almost two weeks before and till now there is no response from them. When calling the customer care number it is routed to answering machine saying :thanks you for calling telebrands.. your call is important to us.." ya very much important that they don't find it necessary to recieve it. In the product slim ice gel they are saying cash back in 15 days if it is not working. For that we have to call customer care only. If no one is answering, then how we will get the cash back ? Thank god i opted for cash on delivery. These people are bloody cheaters and no one should buy anything seeing in tv. All these are fake.. People are spending there money to get something useful and I don't know y these rascals are giving us duplicate and fake products and selling all original items overseas.
