SkuLLCandy / Terrible customer service

I had ordered G.I. Stereo headphones on December 21 with FedEx overnight delivery expecting the package to arrive before or on Christmas eve. Not only did the order not arrive in time, but after several phone calls (many of them attempts without success)an incomplete order was delivered in early January. After many more attempts customer service ensured that the missing second pair of headphones would be sent immediately, however, I did not get a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number nor the headphones. Further attmpts to contact customer service were completely unsuccessful (about 10 calls!).

This is the worst response I ever had from any store - online or other.

    I am not too difficult to please when it comes to customer service. I view it as simply a transaction: a buyer, a seller, and an exchange. Skullcandy has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for overnight delivery, it has now been 4 days. I have had no response to my e-mails and their telephone system is going straight to voicemail. Never place an order with Skullcandy unless you have the compulsive need to feel completely insignificant.

    I have worked in tthe company for 6 months i have sold theskullcandy product in indian rupees 15lakhs i have quit my job from this company boc'z i dint receive my salary in time still i dind receive my pending payments form company side this is the terrible thing to me

    I ordered 3 sets of earphones in early October to be sent to my Grand children for Christmas. Two of the sets were received but the 3rd never showed. On 11/9/2011 after sending many unaswered Emails, I called their customer service number. The employees seem to be in a state of haze and after 1 hour and 30 minutes they agreed to reship a different headphone as the original was now out of stock. The website indicates the item was "processed" on 11/9/2011. As of today it is still not received. I have sent a total of 10 Emails, none were answered. Today I called and was on the phone for 45 minutes while a rep claimed to be checking. Finally another rep came on the phone and inquired how she could help me, . I was probably not very nice as it was hard to understand why after 45 minutes I would have to start all over and I let her know that. Her responce was to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the customer service manager, was told they were not available for 5 hours and I should call back. She refused to take my name and have my call returned. I have finally gotten the name of their President and will write direct. I do not know what their product is like but their customer service stinks. You should buy elsewhere!
