Shop Rite Corporate Office review: Calling for help with W-2 1

I am a former employee of Shop Rite in Flanders and received my W-2 today and questioned the Federal Tax Withholdings. I called the payroll department and when I spoke with the lady and told her I felt there was a mistake, she claimed there was no mistake, never even asked me if it would be ok to look it up or explain how they figure FICA, she just laughed and said there is no mistake. I told her I would like to speak to a Supervisor and I was getting out my paystubs. She then told me to get out my paystubs and call back if I felt there was a mistake. I told her to have a Supervisor call me and gave my name and number. I can tell you I do not appreciate being laughed at and she should not be dealing with people. I called back and at the same time the supervisor tried calling me. We went over everything, even though the supervisor had some really not nice comments to make. He explained why it was so low and in a nice way explained how I made such little money I really did not even have to file. At the end of our conversation, he got really nasty and told me if I ever call and give his employees a hard time what he was going to do to me. It is really upsetting that I spoke with not one but 2 very unprofessional people at corporate and I do not know how I am going to handle this matter yet. I have changed my job and have received a normal W-2 where it shows the money going to FICA and I claim the same way. I worked very hard for your company and was a good employee and left on good terms and I should not be treated in this manner.
