shinjiru.com provides worst hosting service in the world.
once every week, the server got shut down for so-called maintainence. What the ? Meantainence once every week?
Ticket got answered after 24 hours.
Online support never is online.
This is the most bad hoster i have ever used.

Definitely, the worst hosting company I ever met. Currently, i'm still liaising with my hosting issues with them and never resolve, i doubt their expertise, lack of support. Those who keep saying SHINJIRU is good, must be their own staff create a different account to leave a positive comment without any proof. Also, they are using those BIG COMPANIES Brand logo to increase their credibility but the facts is those companies are not working with them, kind of liar. ( Kindly check their domain by WHOIS.COM ) not even one is under their control/monitoring.

I really like the customer support who always there for me, supporting and solving whenever an issue occurred via ticket or live chat. I just couldn't deny their friendly manner and efficiency of answering my queries. Also, I am happy because I can keep my identity anonymous and no longer worry of my country law which restricted my marketing activity through internet. The most important thing, their server functioning well and best price among other host. Luckily, I chose them as my host and it was recommended by a friend. So here, I would like to recommend them to all of you too. Thank you Shinjiru!

I've hosted with few global host before but I found that Shinjiru is the best till now. 24/7 hours of technical support availability and great features of offshore shared hosting, only Shinjiru has it. I've noticed few negative reviews I read from forum and directory but it was totally wrong. Keep up the good work Shinjiru! You are still the best in the industry.

I disagree with those who were claimed Shinjiru as a bad web hosting provider. So far my experience with them, their customer support always there for us 24/7 hours through ticketing or live chat. Currently, I am using their server hosting and I tell you my networks are protected with DDoS and most importantly, they used their own AS number networks, IP ranges and CISCO network equipment and I am satisfied with it. You will go to Shinjiru if you think about your money value because each package that they offered is absolutely affordable. I would recommend Shinjiru as your web hosting provider.

⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠I am one of their client for quite some time but never the customer support treated me with incompetence and irresponsible manner. I subscribed their Strongbolt hosting package and I never experience DDoS attack towards my server. It has excellent protection to the website, running smoothly and what is important is the value of money that I have spent totally worth it. I tell you the price is affordable among other provider. I would give credit to Shinjiru as my web hosting provider because they are the best!

Shinjiru suckkksss.. BTW im not a fake and competitor to shinjiru. im a customer, soon to be ex customer. In in one week my site down for almost 30 times. i had enough of this. To all future customer to shinjiru, you better find another provider.

shinjiru.com is a scam company. hosting service. worst in the world.
i have a dedicated server from the company.
the average loading time by Host Tracker shows always more than 2 seconds at first.
while my previous dedicated server from Netherlands is always below 2 seconds.
so i submitted a ticket.
ticket support team told me -- average time below 3 seconds is fast.
ok.
some time later, the loading time by Host Tracker is more than 3 seconds.
i submitted a ticket again

the ticket support team told me - average time below 4 seconds is fast.
not very long after that, average time becomes 8.33 seconds.
i am really pissed off and i decide to post this complaint here.
i am waiting for their reply now and i wonder if they are going to tell me average loading time below 9 seconds is FAST!

Worst customer service I've ever come across for a hosting company. Their hardward and hosting is terrible and they don't honor their refund policy. Beware of dealing with this company.

Seems to me that these complaints are fake and wrongly registered by Shinjiru's competitors. I've been successfully hosting my business websites on Shinjiru since its inception and am fully satisfied. Keep up the good work Shinjiru!

****Shinjiru you are clearly noob spreading bad word about Shinjiru. Dedicated server is your own responsibility, there is no system of "inodes" in the dedicated server. I've been with Shinjiru for a while now, and you are clearly deceptive & lying. Besides, none of the links you posted except WHT & Ohblog are working, and seems like Shinjiru has answered pretty well on WHT, and on Ohblog one, it clearly looks like an affiliate advertisement. So its better instead of using abusive language & defaming a popular company, have your facts straight.

f*** SHINJIRU, i already have enough of them. Previously i have a dedicated server with them and i stop using when i have problem such as receiving tons of email saying that i reach the inodes limitation but when i signed up with them they were telling me is unlimited and the worst part is i got hacked twice in 1 month time. Then i switched all my domains and host in godaddy only left few email accounts in Shinjiru but i still receiving inodes limitation emails but their company know wells that i have host nothing in their company anymore. And today they suspended my account due to inodes limitation but actually i just using emails in their company. And the most worst part, their customer service. f*** YOU SHINJIRU.

I agree 100% with ShinjiruRocks. After many many years of search and spending time with many other hosting companies, I finally found Shinjiru to be the best of the lot. Its up-time, server speed, live support and above all their dedication and resolve towards their customers and their satisfaction which is their top priority. No other company values their customers as much as Shinjiru staff. They are at your beck and call 24/7. Their VPS, VPN, shared hosting, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, VPN, etc. in short everything is awesome. I am really amazed at such attitude from you towards Shinjiru. There must have been some thing or error from your side. Do not blame Shinjiru for it.

Honestly, everything has been great. I have never had any problems that didn't get taken care of. I am very, very satisfied with their services and support is excellent. I am in fact bewildered at such and attitude and complaint about Shinjiru.

unlimitedgb.com is the worst in my opinion. I signed up for 2 year plan and support sucks. On live chat I have to wait 10 minute before any replay, and the answering is like kids. They offer 100% uptime and agrees to payback if downtime occurs, but on downtime of hours, they says its maintenance, what f*** maintenance. In my opinion shinjiru.com is much better, they have no downtime atleast for me

WTF Shinjiru! You are the worst hosting company in the world!

How come your server keep attacking by DDOS?
After 3 months i subscribe to your server, server keed lagging! reason was other site in the server attacked by DDOS! 3rd months the HDD crashed. And guess what they told me? there are no external backup, so everything gone and they will create a blank empty login for me! WTF! Are this a professional hosting company? Imagine you doing you business well and suddenly everything gone! So irresponsible to their customer. How can this kind of company still alive in this competative world?!

"we sincerely apologize for the long downtime as well as the data loss. At the same time, we ourselves made a shocking discovery that this server doesn’t have any external backup. " statement from them...

They said they will responsible to the losses, but keep lies to us.. till now no more action has been done! and go for company trip ...! CHEATER! @#$@#$^#$&

I have no issue with Shinjiru's hosting. The support solved any issues within acceptable time frame and with 247 phone support.

### shinjiru, i totally regretted subscribing to this server. Their ticket reply are as slow as ###. As far as im concern regardless if it's dedicated or shared hosting there shouldnt be a degrade in after sales support. I've been having problems since day 1 and i'm in the midst of getting a refund. I had hosted my site at other hostings before this like fivio.com but just wanted to try out shinjiru since i heard it was good. IT'S FULL OF ###

One of the best offshore companies in the world. Tell me one 'offshore' company which has 40+ dedicated working ? They have 5 data centers at Malasiya, and at Singapore not to mention excellent edged servers & co-location at Hong Kong, UK, Russia & USA. They provide full warez hosting in Malasiya datacenter, warez linking in Russia whereas their policies are strict @ Singapore, US, UK and Hong Kong.

Here is the link to their blogs, blog.shinjiru.com.my/english/ Anyone looking at this link would know how professional, advanced this company is. Do you know most of the offshore companies operating have 2-3 staff members ? They have a bit manual system I agree like late payment processing, and more maintenance, sometimes lack of system co-ordination, but overall, i rate them A grade.

Their live support, 247livesupport.biz has more than 20 support staff working full time ... They'll answer your VIP support ticket in minutes whereas shared hosting tickets for upto 6 hours. So for everyone here, I'd refer you Shinjiru =)

There are always exceptions (few dissatisfied people) ... But out of 50, 000 there are only 3-4 exceptions making it 0.0000001 customer / dissatisfaction ratio which is quite great. Search on google, bluehost sux and you'll know how many webpages you find for that. Write the same for shinjiru and you'll realize.

And do you know its one of the fastest growing businesses in Asia ? @ Complains board, remove this topic... You should investigate first before allowing 'such' people to post their baseless complaints against such a reputable company =)

this is a disgusting company!
all the ticket support department can do is to ask you to hold on for them to solve the problem for no time limit. funny thing is usually the problem just goes by itself.
don't use their service unless you want to piss yourself off.

have you contacted their support to find out the actual reason why is the website down?
is it due to you are over using the resources allowed to your package or not?
I'm not trying to protect anyone here and I'm hosting with Exabytes.com.my without any problem for few years.
I always try to understand what actually happen and work together with their excellent support team to learn more from them
They are very willing to share any knowledge with me and they help me improve my technical skill a lot.

They really do suck ###. I bought unlimited bandwidth only to get my sites shut down at least once a month for several hours at a time. This night in fact I had to threaten to publish negative reviews of their services just to get my site put back online. Then an hour later they turned it off again. I've already filed a [redacted] on them and will be publishing more scathing reviews for all the time they wasted.

I would like to thank everyone at unlimitedgb.com for helping me with the process of transferring the host of my website to unlimitedgb.com. At first I was nervous when I found out my host was SHINJIRU.COM and I needed to find a new host.Then i found unlimitedgb.com However I received easy to follow instructions and the process from setting up an account, to transferring the host, to uploading the files.

Shinjiru is the best web hosting company ! I've hosted my all sites with them for 2 years and its been the best. I've tried warez-host, wrzhost, bluehost and justhost. Shinjiru, by far, has been great. I'm hosting 1 dedicated server, 1 VPS, and 1 unlimited shared account with them. Their 247livesupport is very fast, usually reply me within an hour. For shared hosting, yes they take 5 hours sometime, but overall, their support is excellent. I mean, how can you say they don't have technical knowledge? They have solved every problem i've faced in the dedicated server, from isntalling scripts, to finding a trojan. Moreover, I insisit you should use their VIP managed solutions, since they provide dedicated staff for that. Live chat is on in their office hours. And all this time, not even once did they suspend my services for maintenance. You could have been in exception, but I know many who're using shinjiru, and none face problems.

Totally agreed with you! Shinjiru suck and worst!

I had deal a lot hosting company, Shinjiru is the worst support I've ever seen.

True, they have 247livesupport.biz and big support team, but the technical knowledge weak, I teach them more than they guide me.

Poor on problem solving, most of the time I found out the problem more than their help.

Evade the problems, server always overload (at least 3 times per week). After submitted ticket, they didn’t get to reply me immediately. Website all down. They always wait unit (few hours) server back to normal only reply. REPLY for what!?

I’m moving out now! I just for advice, don’t go to Shinjiru!

they are online on time always . i have a dedicated server from them.
they are the best . i had not any problem until now.
they are a good team . for online supporting use https://247livesupport.biz

you will receive reply from them after a few minutes.
i using their srvices more than 2 years.
