After less than 2 years, deep depressions on both sides of a pillowtop king size sealy posterpedic mattress. We were never advised this mattress must be turned atleast once a WEEK!!!
Customer Service is horrible - we never received any information from the original store (no longer in business) about warranty. When we finally got to Sealy they argued we did get warranty info - Getting Sealy to answer the phone is impossible - we are responsible for the cost of returning the mattress' AFTER they approve and state there is a problem - we will
NEVER EVER buy another Sealy product
