i recently purchased a sealy posturpedic that i was told was top of the line with 20 yr warranty from a high pressure sales person at sleepys, within 6 months there was a big depression in the middle where you can roll down into the hole or depression, it has lost all of its structural integrity and now i'm seeing the chiropractor on a regular basis.when i called it took 3 weeks to get a young person out to examine the mattress he used strings and clothes pins to pull a straight line across the mattress while fluffing it up the warranty stated it must be a 1 1/2 in. depression to get reimbursed it clearly measured that in the am but it seems to puff back up during the day on the top but has no substance and is deteriorated on the inside, not hearing from any one in 4 more weeks i called the1- 800 number and was told to flip the non flip one sided mattress every week which i have tried but does not solve the problem, in my opinion they have engineered the $2800 shoddy mattress to fail but to puff up to avoid paying out on the warranty and keep you buying a new mattress every 6 months.

ticket number 393132 mattress was deemed NG- CRST is the company sealy hires for delivery- bed has been 10 miles from my house for 6 weeks while im on the couch- iv'e dealt with 6 people at sealy and 4 at CRST ( they drop the phone on purpose)- still nothing- i hope the CEO of sealy reads this and steps in and does the right thing- send me the mattress now and fight it out with CRST

On 04/09/13 we received a letter stating that our request for mattress replacement was denied because we are ½ inch from the required 1 ½ inch to qualify. We have only had our mattress for a little over a year and don’t feel that any impressions in that short amount of time are satisfactory and neither should Sealy. It is a sad statement that you do not stand behind your product. Not that you care but we will never buy another Sealy product and will advise everyone thinking of buying a mattress not to buy a Sealy. I will also post in every available forum the same statement. Thank you very much for wasting our time and money.

We purchased a new model Sealy Mattress "Rusken" on April 9, 2011 and it's already sagging and has dips well deeper than 11/2 inches.Sealy will do nothing and the store we bought it at refuses to help us.
