Samsug/Referigerator / Irrepairable Referigerator
We had bought a Samsung Fridge modl SR-29EMBW/XTL with serial no. 010149ATC00769. The vegetable box was broken on the very first day and we asked for the box but the company was not able to provide it till date.
Referigerator starts giving problem of cooling and we have had complaints number of times to the customer care centre and the engineer is coming, replacing the spare parts, but it does not work at all and in 10-15 days again we have to make complaints. In this process of complaints, I have spent more than a year now.
My first complaint was in February 07 and the mechanic filled in gas. Not only a month passed, it was leaked, and again filled. The fridge worked for a month or so and again started giving trouble of cooling. Mechanic changed two more parts and assured it will work. But the problem persisted. We lodged a number of complaints and the last time when mechanic reached he changed the heater. We dont know if the Samsung really bothers about its customers or they are just here to cheat us. In the heat of summer, we are asked to keep the fridge stopped whenever it does not work. The products lying in the fridge were all spoiled many a time.
We are fed up of making complaints to the customer care which is pathetic. Customer care is call centre and everytime you would have same response, we are looking into the problem and it will be solved whereas it will never be solved. Its ###.
I am surprised as to how such a company get entry in India to sell the products if they are cheating and the products are not reliable at all.
Would recommend all my countrymen not to make mistake that i have done to buy the Samsung product. God saves you all my dear countrymen from the hands of Samsung Customer Carelessness.
