The company MD stays in Atlanta, and has an office in Atlanta USA also. Here the affairs are managed by one Shankar who is a born ###. He is a arrogant, sadist, idiot, cruel, rascal and thinks he is the smartest and sincere and hard working of all, boasts he is also an employee but behaves like owner and plays double games with employees and MD complaining on the employees who are upright. He is a door to door sales man before joinig this company and keeps boasting that he was selected as the best manager on every opportunity and that he is assocaited with Tata's, Ion exchange and like, but he is never worked for any of this companires because he lacks basic human ethics leave alone professional. His job is keeping tab on employees, tea breaks, cigar breaks, toilet visits and knows nothing about the technical aspetcs of the company services. He is a manipulator of companies accounts and squezes commissions in every finnacial dealings of the company. He threatens employees about his DIG brother in Law and keeps them subdued.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I dont know who is the fool that Saince pays on time...I have worked there for more than 2 years never got the payment on time...I completely agree with the above comment posted by the Employees or EX EMPLOYEES of Saince ... People praising Saince seems to be the BATCH OF LALAPET
This is a concerned employee at Saince. It is unfortunate that some of you feel unsatisfied in your working relationship. To name employees and calling them names in public forums like this is not a civil way to resolve issues. If you have any complaints, please resolve this amicably in a civil and professional manner. To call each others names, revealing employee names, revealing other personally identifiable information and using bad language seriously compromises personal safety and security of the individual. Since such forums are on the Internet, these comments not only bring bad reputation to the company but to the whole country (as the whole world can see these comments). The complaint and the comments show the country where the comments came from and therefore directly shows to the whole world on the type of language we use to communicate and how we resolve personal issues. I sincerely, respectfully and prayerfully request that this complaint be removed because they use bad words and foul language that we Indians are not known to use. This is not how we want the world to see us. Internet postings on open websites like this one do much more damage than you can think of. Hopefully you will agree.

Hello everybody, Saince is good company with good account, but the management is totally waste, whatever the comments given by the admin or saince employee are false, there is waste of joining saince. Can anyone explain from Saince why the same batch is still working there and why all the people who came joined and left the company without intimation are they all freshers or they do not have any knowledge of Medical Transcription like shanker, If it was a good company why do the employees are not continuing there careers in this company and why do the only LALAPET BATCH AND NEAR BY BATCH ONLY WORKING...Do anyone have this answer from saince or Mr. RAGHUVIR did asked Mr. Shanker about this that why the employees are living the company only old staff is working... Mr. Raghuvir should know that till Mr. Shanker and his partner Parmesh is working there this will happen continue. I suggest to Mr. Raghuvir that he should ask the personally with the current employees and if possible he can call or mail to the previous employees and ask why they left the company...I hope this will help to the company as well as his business. It is waste of shifting the company in the city, even though the company is shifted it want be any use to the company, till they change there attitude. I personally request to everybody till Mr. Parmesh is working there please do not join this company, if they are going they has to sit near his foot and whatever he want they have to do for him...
I completely disagree with the above negative feedbacks. Even I have worked there, but I have never faced such problems, in fact, I would say that Saince is the best company in twin cities because whatever they commit they honour. In every company there will be partiality, so just because of some people it cannot be declared that the company is bad. The company has got very good reputation and very good accounts and it's an upcoming company in the twin cities. There is nothing like harassing or torturing. Boss in every company will be strict right, so just for this reason one cannot blame he or she is a bad person and the entire company is bad. It is quite obvious that when they pay salary, they do expect the output from us. Eventually, I would like to say that what the boss is and what the team leader is they know very well rather than anyone else. What the employee requires is whether they are provided with the work or not and are they paid salary on time or not, that's it and they have nothing to give and take from the boss and the team leader. My request to the people who gave negative feedback is that if they concentrate on their work would help in growth of the company rather than concentrating on Sanker sir and team leaders.
The complaints, which everyone has made against Mr. Shankar is totally agreeable. Mr. Shankar who started his career as a General Manager for this company is not even fit for Office Boy job in this company.
I will tell you about some of his tricks, which he plays on his employees. He mostly use to works in the nightshifts (no work yar, he will come, warm his seat till 5 am and then quit from office) and looks after his personal work in the daytime. When he comes to office at around 5 or 6 PM if he feels hungry, he wont ask the office boy to bring something for his and give the money from his pocket, see his trick, first he will come to the employee and will ask the MTs or PRs whether they would like to have something and calls the officeboy and tell him to bring some snacks which the employees like and he will bring BIRYANI or NON-VEG ITEMS FOR HIMSELF, and the total cost for these things will be credited into company's account. What I want to say is, if he is feeling hungry he can give 100 rupees and ask the office boyto bring him a burger, but he wont do that, he wont take out a rupee form his pocket, but he can spent 500 rupees from the company account by brining the snacks for all the employees for the particular shift. He is a born like that, no one can change him yar. HIS ADVISE TO ALL HIS EMPLOYEES IS "DON'T WORK FOR ANY COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS", he advises people to change the company for every 2 to 3 years, and he wont change the company until he is alive. He is not a man for the position of VP. In every transaction/purchase he does, he will ask for KOSARU(something extra for free) and this KOSARU will go into his pocket or to his home, like if he purchases 10 systems for the company then he will take a sound system to his home. If we say all these complaints to Mr. Raghu, who is the owner of Saince, he wont believe us because (BAKRA HAMESHA KHASAAB KO HE MAANTA HAI). Poor Raghu, don't know when he will come out of Mr. Shankar's scam. Mr. Shankar is like a parasite to Saince technology Services. Infact, the name PARASITE suits his better rather than SHANKAR. for above comment by VNK. how can you be so sure of PR by name Parmesh recruiting his 10 childhood friends? This is wrong... completely disagree... He is good one and has been running company by his full effort. So, this company has great future. So I appeal every one to join this company!
This is the worst ever company in Hyderabad. If we want to leave MT Field, then we can go to work there. This company is controlled by night shift PR by name Parmesh. He allots files and looks after attendance. He has joined about 10 friends from his childhood gang. Only those people can work there, as they can work as they wish there, sleep any time they want, and they always get easy files. Other people are the worst suffering. Nobody works there for more than 2 or 3 months because of this guy. Company VP Sankar does not have any knowledge about MT, but he still enjoys his post. He always talks with employees as if he is talking to some mechanics or daily wage laborers. He is always bothered by cost and he never cares about quality of work. He used to be a washing powder salesman before joining this company. Now, he is making all the employees suffer with his techniques. My advice is that no body should suffer by joining this company, so all the people reading this, please caution your friends and relatives not to join this company.
This company will definitely be closed in the future.
Totally disagree with this. I have been working there for five years and have had excellent experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. They pay on time everymonth and are very sincere in their dealings with employees.
I am an employee of the same saince and working since the insception and there was no probelm except for small and petty things. I found this company is a growing organization and give opportunity to many people across the city and many of them are working still with the same company and except for few left the company due to quality issue or on disciplinary action. In this company what I have experienced is whatever they commit they honour. In Hyderabad Very few MT companies are paying the salary in time. Saince technology is one among them.
I agree with the above complaint and there are some more peoples who supports him, they think that they only knows the work and do not allow other's to come up and with them a foolish team leader, who thinks he is a great man on the earth, but without attitude and does not know how to speak with the teammates, that is why the company is not coming up. The company has good accounts, but because of the team leader and the Shanker who are spoiling the company, Mr. Raghuvir should know about it, he is another fool, who thinks everything is going on good because of this two guys who are fit for nothing. I request all the friends whoever works in this industry i.e., (medical transcription company) please do not join this company, and Mr. Raghuvir should change the company name with Lalapate medical transcription company it will be better with all labor employees and the labor employees leader Parmesh biggest fool on the earth and every employee who works there they also know that they are not fit for anyother company...
