Royale USA review: lifetime warranty 2

The "lifetime warranty" is the sole reason I purchased both a straightener and blow dryer from the kiosk in the mall. After much pressure, and demonstrations on my hair, I was finally persuaded to purchase a 500.00 blow dryers, and 350.00 straightener, and the low price of 268.00 which included a lifetime warranty. I've purchased a blow dryer at least every two years for my entire life, so never having to purchase one again was the selling point for me, even at 268.00. After 2 years, my blow dryer quit working, so I followed the instructions on the warranty card, and mailed it back priority mail at 25.00. It was returned. I looked online for the address, and it had changed, so I mailed it again, priority mail 25.00, with my warranty fee of $29.00 (check enclosed). Within a week, my check had been cashed, and I never received a blow dryer. I continued to call and email for months, and I finally got a call from Royale USA and said that the blow dryer I had returned, they no longer carried, and would I be ok with a different replacement. Assuming they meant their product, I agreed. I finally got a blow dryer in the mail from Royale USA that was not even their product, and found the same dryer that they sent me online for 32.00. I also looked on their website, and they did have the dryer that I had originally purchased in another color. I got a cheap blow dryer for a total investment of 327.00 (original cost, postage to return twice, and warranty fee) and no longer have a 'lifetime warranty'. BUYER BEWARE!
