Rotiacannot return the items I bought, which do not fit

On October 18, 2017 I ordered 2 tops from Rotita company, followed sizing directions, waited approximately 4 weeks for my items.
Upon receiving, I tried on both tops and neither one fits, so I started a very "confusing" return process.
Followed the very confusing return procedure, as best I could, never got any positive results, after several attempts...

Now I have 2 tops that I cannot wear, but paid for.

I am requesting a full refund and will return items asap If I only knew where and how to send them back!

I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time I encountered this kind of irresponsibility on the part of the company.
