Two dresses ordered to fit uk 18/20
The dresses received would fit maybe uk 14/16 if they had a small chest
After me messaging them several times under ticket number t4697925724 they offered me a 20% refund and keep the dresses as expensive to return to china.
Why should I have to pay for the postage to china - rosewe sent me the wrong sized dresses!
I have no choice but to return the dresses to rosewe in china for a full refund even though on the packagain there is a uk distribution centre!

RoseWe.com paid for expedited shipping, product arrived over a month later and wrong size

I placed an order RR1702020721091976 with the company and paid for 3 day shipping. After 3 weeks, I wrote to them to find out where the order was, only to be told that it was being made in China and they would notify me of shipping. Yet when placing the order, they indicated no such thing, and I had paid extra to have expedited shipping. When the order finally arrived, the item was WAY smaller than the size, and the style not as shown. When I complained, they wanted me to pay full shipping back to China, and would only offer to refund 60%. Given they do not even have a return policy advertized, the whole experience from placing an order and paying for 3 day shipping, was a rip off. They should not be allowed to practice business in the USA.

RoseWe.com they claim "easy returns"... this is far from the truth

I ordered sweaters for my girlfriend. I knew I might me off a little, so I used the website's sizing chart. The sizing chart worked for the Bust and Waist, but the sleeves where extremely short. The sleeves on the model in the ad were well-past the waist. My girlfriend is normally a "S" in US sizes. The top fit fine, except the sleeves were way too short. Nothing like the long sleeves in the picture with the model. I would think the sleeves are always going to be proportionally going to be the same, no matter what size someone chooses!...longer than the waist!...that's the style of this sweater!

I ordered two sweaters. Small and medium. I figured on could go to my girlfriend and one could go to my sister. I used sizing charts for the waist and bust. They fit ok in those areas, but the sleeves were way too short. The style of the outfit is to have the sleeves longer than the waist. I wanted to do a retun. They keep sending me in endless circles. I keep doing what they want, yet they have an endless loop that starts you back at the beginning of the return process. Do not buy here unless you plan to keep the item no matter what, and you don't care about the money you will lose. There are too many nice online sources to buy your clothes...don't risk buying here. Returns are not "Easy" as they claim.

Forget your mailing address and I am not taking a picture. First it will cost me more than the dress cost to send it back. What did you spend a whole $1 making it? It is supposed to be one color but it is two, and they don't match. It has a big hole in the front and there is no way to hide it. I would like my money back but from your reviews online I guess you won't be doing that will you? I am so hurt that I have been scammed.

RoseWe.com green and black patchwork long sleeve dress

Ordered a top after Facebook add. The top was supposed to be a US 16-18 (U.K. 18-20) but was a U.K. 10-12 and the quality was awful. I opened a ticket to establish how to return it. They requested I send photos to prove it's smaller than their chart size states which I did but was not able to attach the photos as I got an 'invalid file format error' from my iPhone. My photos also show the loose threads and poor quality of finish. After much too-ing and fro-ing they say they will not pay the shipping to return it and that as it will be too expensive for me to return it (to China I'm guessing) they will offer me a 20% refund. I am still battling that their T&C's state if the quality is poor they must pay the shipping - we'll see where that leads but I will never buy from a site like this again. They have also not provided me with an address where I can return the item in spite of numerous requests.

I ordered a gold shirt from rosewe an they sent me a messed up gold shirt an the stuff was falling off of it an I waited like a month for it so I told them I want a refund they told me it costs a lot to ship back an I would have to pay it here I paid 24$ for a short that costs a lot to return an then they said keep the shirt an we will give u 20% back wow 4$ an keep a short that's not wearable they are terrible they should be put outta business it's such a scam an they should not be able to take people money my name is Dana Walls email address [protected]@gmail.com I will find a way to get my money an shut them down period

RoseWe.com I have never recieved my order. I placed and paid for it on november the 10th. they got the money because I see where it came out of me bank account.

The order number is r161101733185568, my name is cassandra howard, address is 60 west court street, cortland, new york. The balance was 86.36 and they have my money. I either want my money back or the things I ordered. It is december 15th. I should have known better! Did not know it was a company from china would never have ordered. Did a little search and it seems it is in china.

I order 2 coats in september. I paid for expedited shipping. I've been more patient. It is now december in chicago . I want my full money back not a percentage. I am infuriated right now! I've ordered online and from china before but never have i had this experience. Now i have no merchandise and out $100 ! Bull#### response from customer service.!Phone number is bull####! BEWARE!. I ordered a jacket from here. One sleeve was not sew, it was left open A flat piece of material. I contacted The company and got the below response . What good is a 15% credit on a jacket that cannot be worn?

We are sorry that your item does not meet your expectation, and we will do better. How about you keep your item and I help apply a 15% compensation to your user center? You can use the store credit for your next purchase. As for the item you got, you can gift it or donate it or sell it online at a great price. As you know, if you return it, it will cost you much for the shipping fee. And we issue a 60% refund for returned orders. The shipping fee and handling fee we spent on your order when shipping the order out, this part cannot be refundable. If you still want to return your items, we will send you the return address.

RoseWe.com plus size dress

I ordered a plus size dress three sizes bigger than normal and it was still too tight. The fabric was extremely poor quality and cheap. They are denying any refunds. Plus you can only contact customer service through the Internet. I feel like I have been scammed and I am beyond pissed! The dress is a ill fitted piece of garbage and looks nothing like the advertised photo.

RoseWe.com scam company

I ordered products, paid 3 day shipping. Got the items over a month later. they were labeled the correct size letter but grossly made and grossly larger than their stated measurements on their site. I complained for 60 DAYS until they finally said they would refund if I sent them back. I sent them back 2 months ago and they claim to have never gotten them. This company needs to be removed from society. Its a shame to have such dishonest businesses be allowed to take our money. I ordered these back in April and still have no resolve. They have tried offering $3 off my next purchase. Then 10% off, 25% off... I followed their exact size chart and now i'm out $100. I want my money back OR I want them out of business. A copy of their return policy is below. It clearly states "If the size information on Rosewe is wrong, we are responsible for it."

They have NOT taken responsibility for it.

RoseWe.com shipment never received and no help from customer service

I ordered 3 swimsuits on June 7, 2016 and paid for expedited service of 6-7 days. It is now June 29, 2016 and I have not received my products. When I contacted customer support about receiving updated tracking information, I was told they did not have any. When I asked for a refund on my shipping they said they would refund it when I received my items. That was a week ago. They offered some "huge bonus discount" but would not say what it was and said I would get it once I received my items. This is unacceptable. My friend ordered from them with regular shipping and got her products within 2 weeks. This makes no sense and I am highly upset because I spent a large amount of money and needed these items for various trips I have, one of which passed and I had to improvise a replacement. I would like that they either 2 day ship my items I requested with no extra cost to me or refund my order 100%

I ordered 6 bathing suits and 2 cover ups. I ordered XL, even though I would typically order a M bc of their size chart, except a L in one of the cover ups. I paid for express shipping bc I wanted to get them before I went on a spring vacation. A couple of weeks went by and no order arrived. I tried to log in to their site to see the shipping status, but I couldn't get into that part of their website, so I sent an email. They told me they were still making 2 of the suits! I told them to cancel the order and went on vacation without them. Upon return, three weeks later, there was a shipment from them. I couldn't have been more disappointment in these clothes. Four of the bathing suits were so small, they might fit someone a size 4 (remember -I ordered XL). One fit except for the bust, which was so tiny and had little pads sewn in. Another fit but they forgot to include the bottoms. One coverup was so short, it didn't cover my bottom and maybe would have fit someone about 5'2". The only item that I want to keep is the L coverup, which fit perfectly. I contacted the company and they initially said they can't be returned and I should try to sell them. Then they said they would give me 10% back and I wouldn't need to return them. That's $17 on a $170+ order. Then they said i can return them to China at my expense and they will refund 60%, even for the item with no bottoms, and they won't refund my express shipping fee despite taking more than a month to get it and the fact that I requested the order be cancelled well before they shipped it. This is no way to do business and I hope you won't make the same mistake I did.

RoseWe.com half sleeve sequins tee

i thought i was too smart to fall for these on line sites that keep popping up on Facebook, but i fell for this one being it was the first time i saw their ad. i was too stupid to google their review ratings. i learned the hard way.
i ordere a sequined tee that i thought would be perfect for my weekend getaway. ten days later the site indicated the order was still being processed. i was already back from my trip. i tried to cancel the order, but they replied days later to be patient. i filed a dispute with paypal, and then escalated the dispute when i still hadn't heard from them or received the item. four weeks later it showed up as crappy as can be, a cheap polyester fabric, the sequins stuck together, the sewing worse than i would manage if i made myself a tee.
now paypal sees that my order has been shipped and to return it back to china would probably cost me as much as i paid for it. besides, i doubt they'll refund me anyway, since they're UNETHICAL~! now i'm trying to file another dispute because it is 'not as described'. unless you're a shopper who thinks that $20 dresses are a great buy, rather than you get the crap you paid for, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

This has to be the worst purchase I made in my years of online shopping. I have never heard of a company that makes you take pictures of yourself, wearing their article of clothing, in order for them to decide whether or not, it’s exchangeable or refundable. My huge purchased was a waste of money ($156 worth) because none of their clothes looks how they look in their pictures. The material is cheap and the fit is not right. I reached out to Rosewe before the 30 days grace period and received no response in return. There’s no contact number or person to reach. You just have to send an email and hopes of a response. I wish I did my research on this company before my purchased because I would have known better to not order anything from them. I am very disappointed and hopes I can save someone else from the same disappointment.

The pants in pic 3 are not on a skinny woman and I ordered XL which is the equivalent of US 10-12 which I am, Pic 4 shows that I can not get the pant over my foot. the believe the pant would fit if I could pull them up. My daughter is a sz 0 and she cant get her foot...

RoseWe.com total disappointment!

www.rosewe.com is terrible! I wish I read the reviews before placing my order. I have ordered two cute dresses from this site in early February and my money was immediately taken from my account. It is now March and still no order and the worst part is that I never even received any shipping confirmation emails! Then I contacted their customer service and asked about the status of my order and all they said was "be patient"! About a week ago I sent them another email and requested to cancel my order and received no response. I'm so disappointed and I really wanted those dresses. Well, lesson learned and I will never order anything again from this website!

Recently I have bought some stuff from Rosewe and must say that this was my worst experience ever! Several weeks after I made my order they emailed me and said that things I've ordered were out of stock. Then they promised to give me a full refund. Actually I received only half. I emailed them many times and told that they promised me a full refund! Their rep told that they never said anything about that. Liars! When I checked the reviews I was shocked! This company is truly a scam! I guess I'm lucky that I received at least something. Better stay away.

I made my order on 02/03/2016 and paid extra money for rush shipping. It is now March 11/03/2016 and I still did not receive anything. When I check their site it shows that my order is still processing! Yesterday I emailed them and asked what is going on. I did not get a reply. Please, if anyone know how to reach them, tell me! They have a phone number, but every time I called no one picked up the phone. When it comes to take money they are quick enough! Terrible scammers! Avoid RoseWe!

I ordered a dress for a pageant at the beginning of September 2015 to make sure it got here before October 10th. Its now April 28, 2016 and I am still waiting! Haven't got anything in the mail.
