I recently purchased a living room set from the Room Source in Rocklin, CA. The salesman first miss quoted my purchase by $400 then $200 and finally I received no money off. Then the delivery of my furniture was delayed because the delivery part of the company could not communicate with me at all. Finally when I received my furniture they delivered the wrong sectional and we are missing an end table. When I tried to rectify the situation they said they are sorry our salesman wrote the wrong numbers down and the sectional I purchased will not be in until Jan. Even though I have gotten rid of my old sofa and I made no mistakes on my side they will not allow me to keep the sectional until the right one comes in or give me any kind of discount on the right one even though they screwed up. I am frustrated that this store cares so little about their customers and is not willing to make it right. I have to return all the furniture and have an empty room for my Christmas party in two weeks.
