Rokuroku stick

My Roku has stopped working.

I am getting a notice, "no internet connection was found." I followed the steps listed on your website. That didn't fix it. I have tried all my other devices they do have internet connection. I have rebooted my server, and unplugged/plugged my Roku stick, nothing.

Are there any other steps I can take to fix this?

    I have tried the steps you recommend on your site and they don't work. I have checked the internet connection with my other devices, they do work. I have rebooted my server, no luck.

    Is there anything else I can try to get back on line.

    This is very aggravating I have tried to submit this complaint three times now, and as far as I can tell it hasn't been accepted.

    I see no way to contact anyone one on one to resolve the problem.

    Please is this comment submitted.

    At this point if I have to buy another streaming device it won't be Roku because of this ridiculous customer nonservice.
