Beware - this company claims to have been doing business for 37 years but most of their painters have very little experience. They talk a good talk but the outcome is far from what most people are expecting. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

The bid for an exterior paint job included scraping, sanding, caulking and filling nail holes, also spot priming as needed. None of this occurred. They arrived at my home at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, took two breaks (one to wait for the owner to deliver the paint), and were finished by 2:15 p.m. that same afternoon! They did not scrape or sand the dirt from my home as promised but painted it right into the siding. As for the caulking, I could have done a better job of it blind folded.

After voicing my concerns to the owner, Don Puhalski, he offered to send some of his better painters over to fix the problems. I had asked that he not send the painters that originally did the work to my house again, but to my dismay, he sent one of these incompetent workers again and he proceeded to touch up some of his bad work with paint that he did not bother to mix -- hence oil splotches were everywhere (what an idiot).

Finally, what added insult to injury is that I had to pay these incompetent people to mess up my house!

Never again -- words of advice to anyone having exterior painting done -- never let anyone touch your home with paint without power washing it first, and if you can, paint it yourself - you will save yourself a lot of time and headaches!
