I would like to cancel my order #[protected]. I am not fully satisfied with this product. It clearly does not do what they say it will do. Cover up is not very good. The sponge on the applicator tube tears off easily. It tore off my tube on the second usage. I do not wish to receive any more of this product. Please cancel my order.

I was scamed too recently! I ordered 2 Right To Bare Legs and I was charged for $56 shipping for total order of $39.98. I didn't know that high shipping fees at all! It was tricky and deceiving. The sponge on top of the bottle tore off the 2nd time I used; and the color run off and stains my pants. I wish I found this complant web site before I place the order. Joan Rivers need to be stopped!
Does any know how to report Joan Rivers to the Attorney General. I refuse to be trapped into Joan Rivers recurring order program. I ordered a one-time shipment of RIght to Bare Legs. At the time of my order, I firmly stressed that I did not want auto-ship future orders. I was kept on the phone with very agressive salespeople who tried to sell me everything they could, even trying to tell me I won free cruize tickets, which they tried to pressure me to accept (with its associated chartes) before they would place my order. A red flag should have gone off in my head, but I placed an order. I did not get an email order confirmation so I don't know my order/account number. My order had no packing slip or return slip in the box. I found the product inferior and useless and dismissed it as a learning experience. When I reeived another order, I tried to cancel it, but calling them is literally impossible no matter what time of day. If you're ordering anything, you get immediate attention. If you are returning or canceling an order, you are kept on hold forever or transferred to a dead zone. Reading the many complaints from other websites, I am finding that even if I returned/rejected the shipment, I would still be charged anyway for the shipment as well as returned postage for the returned item. Hearing the horror stories from others who have run up bills of hundreds of dollars, it really think that complaints must go higher. I do not know if Joan Rivers is a party to these scamming tactics or whether she is clueless, but I used to like her very much. Now I can't stand to look at her or hear her voice. What she is doing is pure greed and a slap in the face to all of her fans/customers who trusted her. Everyone who has been conned should write to the sponsors of her new show on WE-TV or to every network where her leg makeup or hair coverup products are being advertised and make it know what she is really doing to their viewers.
They LOCK you into some recurring order program and DON'T refund your money when you try to cancel it. SCAM ARTISTS! I will NEVER order another Joan Rivers product AGAIN!
Personally I wouldn't purchase anything with Joan Rivers name on it.

ANYMORE THE TUBE WAS BIG PIECE OS SH.. TO SO PLEASE NEVER BUY THE BARE LEGS. THE COLOR WAS NOT GOOD AND IT SAID IT WILL DRY IN 10 MINS. THAT WAS A BIG BIG BIG NO. IT I WAITED FOR 30 MINS. AND THE STUFF WAS ALL OVER MY PANTS. SO NOT BUY. HOW TO RETURN IT.
YOU DO REALIZE THAT YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR ORDER THROUGH COMPLAINTS BOARD RIGHT? PLEASE TELL ME YOU SENT THEM A WRITEN LETTER TO CANCEL IN THE MAIL (CERTIFIED IS BEST WAY).
