Redbox — bad experience
I will not use RedBox again!! I have used them for a long time and usually I was happy, but my recent experience was not the best. As always I rented a movie and when I was about to return it I found out that nearest RedBox unit wasn't working. I contacted RedBox and told them that since unit was broken I wasn't able to return the movie. They told me to send it back as soon as unit gets repaired and I followed their instructions and did as they said.
Then their rep said that I have to pay a penalty for late return!! I explained the situation and told that it was them who told me that I can return the DVD later but they claimed they never told that. What a joke!! I will not rent from them again!
