Postmates / overcharged and not refunded
On 10/11/2018 I was overcharged by Postmates. They originally showed a credit but it dropped off and never posted to my account. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. They charged my credit card twice for same order. Terrible customer service, no phone number to contact a person. Only an email option, this should be a red flag to any consumer.
