platinum image motorsports/emi group review: fraud 2

This company contacted me thru Graigs list in 2008, re guarding my car for sale and then went thru the business aspect. And then as time went on, payments for the car where not up to date, repeated attempts where constant, IE. fax, phone and the bank and now the payments are 4 months again. After looking for Chuck or Karen we cant get a hold of these people. Would like to know the best way to go about this. Thank you, Dave Mcbride
