Passion for Truth Ministries review: hijacked site

Jim Staley, director and owner of the YOUTUBE channel, Passion for Truth Ministries, was deleted by an employee - Matthew Totra without authorization by Jim Staley. How can we go about retrieving our channel and getting it reinstated? If this is not possible, how can we retrieve the thousands of videos that were on it?

Jim Staley did not authorize this deletion/change and has just learned about it being deleted this week. It was only deleted last week - please look into this as soon as possible and allow us to retrieve this channel. ALL the videos that were on there had Jim Staley's name on them, had Passion for Truth Ministries on them and were trademarked by Passion for Truth. The person deleting the channel again, had NO authority by Jim Staley, director of Passion for Truth ministries to delete this channel. We need to get this reinstated and put back into ownership of Jim Staley with the email address of [protected]@passionfortruth.com
