Original Keyless / Terrible company

I ordered 2 keyless entry remotes in the beginning of May and have not received this order 1 month later. I e-mailed company and received a similar canned response that others have received showing a signature confirmation # that was not listed on my original e-mailed shipping notice that was received 5 days after placing my order online.

When I checked the provided tracking number online it shows “Electronic Shipping Info Received¬? for the date the company claims it was mailed, but there is no delivery confirmation listed. The USPS site even states below the tracking number given, “This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

In my first e-mail I requested them to ship these items or refund my order. Finally after waiting 7 more days I sent a second e-mail asking for a refund, which I have received no reply. When calling their number only a voice recorded message was given. I only wish I researched this company before ordering.

This person who runs this company belong in jail.

I have a similar situation. They claim that the remote that I ordered are in almost new condition, but when the remotes arrived, they were in terrible condition. They asked me to send the remotes back and they would refund me, so I did. Now they're claiming that they never received the remotes. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office & the USPS.

They did the same thing to me. I paid for the product but they never shipped it. You can also lodge a complaint with the postal inspectors at:

Basically what they are doing is mail fraud. You can file a complaint on that page. Do it under Merchandise or Service: Failure to Provide. Then explain that they are printing labels but never actually shipping the product.

I too have went thru this with them. They didn't actually ship my order for over 2+ weeks. I just received it yesterday (almost 4 weeks after I ordered it). The 2 Nissan remotes that I ordered are VERY used and abused (some buttons don't even work). No where on thier website does it say these remotes are used - these are absolutely worn out!
This has GOT to be a crime. I have filled out the form on the AZ website that was linked to above, hopefully these people will be put in jail (I highly doubt it) but at least put out of buisness (although for sure they will just start another one up again).

I had ordered two remotes. After 6 weeks and multiple efforts to contact them, the only response was from a "Nicole"... yea right! This jerk is trying to milk this scam for as long as he can. In any case, my credit card company reversed the charge immediately. I suggest you contact your card companies and take the same action.

BEWARE. There is a second site that is also located in AZ that they are now trading under.

    Keyless Remotes Online
    Po Box 432
    Clarkdale AZ 86324
    (fax) 928-634-8037

Notice the PO BOX and when you call the phone... NO ANSWER... what a surprise!

I just called MasterCard and disputed a charge from them. I was supposed to received the remote on June 9. They charged my card on June 1. They have not responded to emails or calls. Today, their message switched to a private line message, not the company. They are definitely crooks.

    Original Keyless - Wrong Product
    United States

I ordered a remote keyless entry for my vehicle from these people and now I have realized that I have been ripped off. After over 3 weeks I received a used remote that is not even for my vehicle. These people never answer their phone and they only answer their e-mails if they want to. These people are rip off and they belong in prison. I hope government will catch them.

    Same thing for me.
Order placed, credit card billed and received email stating device had shipped. should only take 2 days from Prescott Valley to phoenix. Item never arrived - don't believe they really shipped.
I will check this website in future when dealing with a small unknown company.
I have filed a complaint with Az
    also with USPS

Filed dispute with my Wells Fargo credit card. not a lot of cash in the scheme of things, but a real nuisance. Wonder why Arizona has not shut them down yet...

They think they can convice more victims to buy from their scam web site by posing as satisfied clients here.
Instead of defending your scam, return the money to the people you swindled, that will work better.

Until you return the money you owe me (I returned my remote to you and you never paid it back!!!, I will continue opening people's eyes as the type of scam you are doing.

We are trying to get as many complaints to the Arizona Attorney General as possible to shut down these scammers.

Please take a minute to go to:

and fill that form. This is very important to stop this swindler from affecting more people and possibly recover your money.

You can also email me at:

TRUST ME - Steve is telling the absolute TRUTH!!! They falsely represent that the keys are "New, Near New, Excellent" - far from the TRUTH. I received mine and they looked like something from the junk heap. They communicate w/you up and to shipment. After that -- forget it. I sent emails, faxes, left phone messages. They dropped me like a "hot potato."

I have filed a report and have told all of my friends to bypass their web-site. Funny, if they only knew who they really ripped off – I guarantee you they will soon find out. Let's shut them DOWN--

They responded to my complaints about the crappy busted key they sent me so someone there actually believes that they are a real company. It didn't mean they would send me a new key, but...

Well I finally got my keyless remotse from these guys (well over 2 months late) and only after I had filed a complaint with Az Government at
with USPS at and also disputed the charges with my credit card.

Unfortunately I had ordered another set of remotes from a much more reputable comany on ebay and now stuck with an extra set of remotes. I also had to drop the dispute with the credit card and ended up being charged for the remotes even though I didn't need them now.

Odd that I finally received the remotes from them - they must have been feeling the heat of some of the complaints...A lot of hassle from a badly run company using some very shady techniques.

Steer clear of this company at all costs

I sent several emails to them CANCELLING my order after they would not respond to repeated requests for status. I disputed the charge with MasterCard and they had the gall to say I had received it. They had no proof, I had to buy it from another company, and MasterCard is rejecting the charge. Good on them.

I'm sorry to say I have joined the ranks for those that have had their money taken from this scrupleless company. Unlike a majority of the issues here, I received my key and in a fairly short period of time, but trying to follow the instructions they provided on how to program the key yourself failed in all manner. I took the car and key to the deal to get it programmed when I was informed that the key I was provided was not the correct key for my vehicle. I wrote the company back politely explaining that the program instructions were not valid for my vehicle and further more I was not sold the correct key. I received the following response after a day or two:

While we do have the remotes available for your vehicle at a huge discount on our website, that particular vehicle does require dealer programming of the remotes when they are received.
Many dealerships now have the small portable scantools and can program remotes in the parking lot in 10 seconds, rather than book time in a service bay for such a quick procedure.
Most dealerships will do this for free as a courtesy to local customers.

Since this reply, I have requested for an RMA to return the key, as in accordance to their return policy, three times with no reponse. I've filled out the complain form for the AZAG's office, but we'll find out if I'm just out of my money. Like some of you have expressed. Fail on me for not doing more homework on this shifty business.

    Good Luck,
    H. B.

I totally feel just as frustrated as the rest.. It's been close if not over a year since my initial complaint.. Karma is definitely real and these people are not going to keep getting away with this. I never received a refund nor a working product.

Caveat Emptor. Add me to the list of dummies that didn't do my homework. Waited nearly 3 weeks to get anything. Probably only rec'd after I had Visa put a hold on payment. Key was used and remote was not programmable per Lexus. Pursueing a RMA. Meanwhile I will notify PO and AZ Government. I think I'll advise the Prescott Chamber of Commerce of their practices too. I am sure they don't like firms like this impacting their reputation.
