they will ask you for hundreds of dollars to set up your site etc, ring you within a week wondering why you have not promoted your site. Ask you for thousands of dollars to take care of it all for you, and promise you training. then you will get a call from another dpt to transfer your debt to their credit card for a couple of thousand dollars, this includes registering your site as a US business and they will also protect your privacy. They do not tell you that your site will not progress, unless you hand over thousands of dollars and even then i cannot see any way of making money.

I had someone ring me again from America about all this...even after i hung up months ago on them without getting involved at all. I think they are getting pretty desperate to be re trying people over and over again. If they ring again im going to really give them an earful of earthy aussie language...thats for sure. judych

So glad my internet was down when OHN called. They are expecting me to send them $188 via paypal, they will have a very long wait! Thank you for all your warnings...you have probably saved me a fortune and my sanity. Can't wait for Debbie to call at approx 9.30, I will tell her and OHN where to go!

I got scammed over AU$3000 in August by these lowlifes and contacted bbb arizona who sent them a letter and this morning Gary Minor said ok we'll refund you 2/3 of it.I'm not holding my breath but it's a step in the right direction.I strongly recommend contacting bbb and don't be brainwashed again into continuing on. I'll keep you posted on refund-15 working days apparently.

Hi, I am new here. I just found this site and like most of us here, I also falled into OHN on 19/11/2010. Stupid me trust this kind of people eventhough I have no money to invest in, I still joined them. After looked at all the comments here, I decided that I will go to my bank trying to get my money back (AU$467.67 for my set-up fee and training centre). My husband surely not happy if I tell him that I am falled into scam...Wish me luck to get back my money, guys. By the way I am in WA.

Hi Guys... Read the attached correspondence from the Arizona Better Business Bureau in regard to my complaint about OHN. Previously they had sent a 'stock' reply in which they said they could do no more. I promptly sent a 'dissatisfied with result ' complaint back to them and told them about all of the complaints on Complaints Board. They, OHN are telling the BBB that you guys are 'their competitors... LOL ! PLEASE... bombard the arizona bbb with your genuine complaints... let's get them to see how many people have been taken by OHN and that they are still scamming for more victims ! MARY OZ

I too signed up. Money taken out of my credit card on the 10th of Nov 2010 for $188.79. My first phone call was from John Palka, he talked me into upgrading from the basic US$149 to the standard US$188. Tells me this will give me the website, domain name, banner for amazon and unbeatable sales. If someone signs up from my referal I will get up to $200 per person. Unlimited use of the customer service. Within the week I had about 12 missed calls from George Ybanez, who finally contacted me on sunday morning 20th Nov 2010. After talking his speel for over 1/2 an hour and trying to get me to hand over for the Ulimate Package US$4995, or then the Delux Package for US$3495 and lastly the Standard Package for US$2000, then he slipped up and in conversation he said the standard was only US$2500. (Wow, it went up US$500 in a matter of seconds!) I told him I did not have this sort of money, he told me to use my credit card, I told him again I did not have this sort of money, he advised me to apply for another credit card! I told him I would not be given any more credit from any credit card compnay. He finally got it that I was not going to pay any more money. He then told me he would help me out by getting the advertising people to give me a call and they would help promote my website for free. He asked when the best time for them to call was, I told them today (sunday) he said they will call me right back. I got that call this morning. Today is Wednesday 26th Nov 2010. The lady that called, Regina, told me she was sending me an email to help me out. Which she did. It gives me links to 4 sites to help with advertising to "suit anybodies budget" and also 6 websites so I can get some idea of how my website should look. One of those wedsites is a scam site too! I now want a refund. Wish me luck people!

Signed up then read all of this and realised I didn't want it anyway! I could have done this myself and have done with no results. Why was I crazy enough to pay someone? Anyway, credit card is cancelled (probably not necessary but better to be safe) and told the bank. They reckon it should be approved within 3 days and have my money back. Ohn continue to call me and ask how I cancelled and why blah blah blah. I simply told them its a scam and what we in Oz call fraud and left it at that. I thought the more I say the more they may be able to use against me. Guess what? They called back but I was interested in anwering. Now I gotta be careful with every private number that calls me.

I've just had a negative response to my complaint by the " Better Business Bureau" in downtown Pheonix...I bet these toothless wonders are 'friends of the Leeches at OHN... they say they have investigated and there is nothing to be done. They will keep my complaint for 3 years and...get this... if similar complaints are forthcoming ...they will do something?... I've attached their letter... hope you can read it. SEND ALL YOUR COMPLAINTS TO : WWW.ARIZONABBB.ORG.
LET'S MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, and lets make them work to get 'Better Business Practises "in ARIZONA.

This BUSINESS is the a big SCAM! They rang me offering me to own my own website and that I will be promoting business for BIG companies like SONY and AMAZON and all I had to do was update my website at least once a week and I will get 10% OF EACH SALE made through my website and $300 through each referral made thru my website to their company. As I am single mum of 3 and have a 5 yr old daughter severe spina bifida I have no option but to stay home and look after my children so I fell for this scam. THEY fed me talk like popple can't open a business without money and the elite program $377 is such a little investment to start one and SOny & Amazon are known companies and that I am back up with 60 day money back guarantee if unhappy...etc... So I paid the $377 and thought if it doesn't not work out I can GET my money back. 5 days later they call me saying my website will not make any money if I don't adverstise and they have a advertising method which ranges from $2500 or $4955, I told them I want my money back and that I don't to pay any more money so he offered me the first package of $2495 for $1995 before I paid I asked him what if I am not happy with the service is there a guarantee? The guy called George Valenzia said sure mam everything here is backed up with money guarantee if your not happy but you just give it a try and 100% you will like and start making money fast and he showed a site called babiesandbooks.net and how successful it is so I believed him and paid. When I saw their training methods in writing the back office and what I actually had to do was so completely different to what he said, I immediately asked for a refund, I never used a training session or their/my so called website! Jennifer the trainer referred me to GARY MINOR a so called QUALITY MANAGER assuring me they will help me with the cancellation.
I told Gary Minor that I cannot do this and it is completely different to what was described by GEORGE Valenzio and that I want my money back immediately, he said we can help you by pausing your business for now and you can get back to it when you can . I sent him an email telling I do not want to get back to it and that this a big scam there is no way to make money like that. After numerous emails he offered to refund me $377 out of $2377 ! I was furious with him and sent many emails after that calling the business a big scam and that I will report them. SHAME ON AMAZON, SONY, and any other partner; I am now sending an email to sony that I am boycotting their products! http://esupport.sony.com/CA/perl/support-contacts.pl? and amazon. Because of their partnership with OHN. I just cannot believe there is such heartless people like that out there ! I hope they all get prosecuted and fined and shutdown but most of all we get our money back!

PLease people send your complaints to www.arizonabbb.org like Mary Oz & other victims suggested and maybe they will help us when they see the complaints and I also reported them to www. ic3.org and pay pal and commonwealth bank and ANZ.

The best way to get back at them is to post a complaint ...look up Arizona State Better Business Bureau..that's where the head office is follow their complaints instructions. They will ask you to type in the name of the company you are referring to...there's a form they have you fill out it takes a few minutes... so far they have 12 complaints but if everyone does it then the BBB will have to take action under law . You can also post a complaint at the FTC level Federal Trade Commission, that's my next step. Plus I'm seriously considering posting a video on you tube... Power to the people ! Lets bring these scamers down.
And we can always start a class action suit against them !

Hey everyone. I've still not received anything back from OHN... got a phone call yesterday from a guy called Chris who is a 'trainer'. He actually listened to me when I told him what had happened and that I had cancelled the whole thing with 'Hugo Atayde' on 27th October. He seemed to be the only genuine person I have spoken to. I told him that there was no way I would be dealing with OHN and was expecting my money back as promised by HUGO. I have to date, cancelled my cards which were used to pay for the SCAM, sent dispute forms back to the banks for them to deal with OHN. I also got on to the Better Business Bureau in Arizona and have received a reply that they are dealing with it and they have sent a copy of what they sent to OHN and OHN's reply. Wait for it... a person at OHN named JAMES HOWARD sent the Bureau a reply in which they LIED. JAMES HOWARD wrote that they had been intouch with me and QUOTE " I am happy to report that we were able to resolve this matter to her stated satisfaction" UNQUOTE What a load of charlatons! My website and Myadminspace were still on the web last night. Not checked anything else as yet but I'll be getting back to the business bureau today. send all your complaints to: www.arizonabbb.org my contact there is ASHLEY BROSSMAN... we WILL get our money back and get rid of this company. Post all your info on what's happened to you on Facebook, Twitter and any other means where we can expose them...Take care all

OK so let me get this straight wini44
You have came to this site after you signed up?
If so then read all the posts because in the post you will find the ways to get out of eny contract or what you have signed up to with OHN
I have posted on here a few times and have typed in phone numbers.
My first comment here i was new to everything, i was lucky to not have spent eny money to have been riped off like others have.
I hate scams and i now have a website that is full of different scams out there.

www.freethenewbie.com
Review sites can also be a scam but not this site, although i will add that on the google page where you will find the link to this site, it will say there are no Adsense ads and no Affiliate ads but if you go to the site you will see lots of ads.

I was called by them just a couple of hours ago...I'd almost been persuaded to at least do the initial sign up...luckily I googled them while on the phone to their guy (called himself Karl), and found this! So I told him I was running late and he said he'd ring back tomorrow...I said fine...except I just won't answer their calls! Thank god I saw this in time! Bullet dodged.

Hello to all...I am in Australia and have been through all of these answers on here and agree with all of them...Call me stupid but I checked on line and as well as with ASIC before hand and couldnt find anything to say they are a scam so I committed to the whole deal ($7, 000) and have built the site and followed all of their suggestions and had 3 training lessons...it has been a month since I signed up and I have rung them twice already to cancel and been talked out of it again. It is olnly the last 2 days I have found this site and today I called the commonwealth bank and reported this as a scam, the bank firstly said it would investigate but it would take 45 day or so as it is an overseas thing, they would investigate them by giving them 30 days to prove they have given me what I have paid for. In the time it took for her to go away, putting me on hold, to cancel my card, she came back and said the investigation was already approved and the money would be credited to my account by 3 days end. That includes any payments made to" myadminspace "as well as international fees. I asked why it was approved so quickly without investigation and she said it could be that they are already listed as a scam. I did not put in any calls to OHN at all asking for my money back. So I am writing this in the hope that it will help anyone else in AU...DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM..I will further go on to report them to ASIC and any other overseas authority that deals with this type of fraudulent business practice and there are many. It shouldn't be long before they are OUT of business.

OMG! wish I'd found this site last month... Stupidly I paid not only the 'special' $99 set up... then I get a call from Robbie...asking for $2500.00...what did I do? Went against my gut reaction and paid it over...stupid stupid stupid!... Had a missed call from a supposed trainer called Randy... with a name like that... what did I expect. He missed out the numbers for Australia on the first call and sent me an email saying to call his 1800 number. I sent an email with country calling codes on and he finally got through. We arranged a training date but before that I got a call from 'Frankie Peterson... telling me he wanted to talk but he had his son to pick up! Then I said I would not be around so he decide to try to 'UP SELL me to another $5000! package. When I determinedly said no... wanting to see what I got for my 2599 in total... he put the phone down. Finally Randy...the 'trainer, called to say he could not schedule a training date til 2nd November... these are supposed to be weekly and as yet... in 4 weeks...I've not had one!

Finally after RANDY sent an email, after I sent him one complaining about 'no'training... he replied and called me Veronique! I blasted back an email and said the name is MARY... and he called immediately. I am now scheduled with another trainer, named Chris, for this coming Tuesday...God only knows!
I can't see my web page being any use as it only relates to American Sites and this was one of the criteria I objected to before I paid all the money that I can not afford to lose. Apparently 'a Trainer' can tell you how to do this but it seems to me that they try to get you past the 90 day period (and whats this clause "proof of advertising'? ) to get your money back. As the only people I have actually had a conversation with is the 'UP SELLERs"... Josh Nancarrow, Robbie Who ever and Frankie Peterson ...

I've contacted my credit card people and printed this web complaint page out... instructions to the card services...no way do I agree to any more payments to MYADMINSPACE or anyone in the USA! If I don't get my money back... OR see that 'Gauranteed RETURN of earings... there is going to be blood on the walls...and it won't be mine! Mary OZ

so true so true..i filled the home based business online, got a call withheld number and went through listening to the video and all, i told the guy to let me think about it but rather he offered me a discount of $99, when i still insisted i have to sleep on it he got very agitated and pushy...mmmm alarm ringing in my head as he kept asking for my credit card details! Wel he said i would lose a great opportunity and this one chance but i was also very adamant because i thought with the way he was pressing for my card details i had better checked them out and thank God, voila!, they are BIG TIME SCAMMERS and i have not received a call from them since.

Thank God - better safe than sorry. Thank u all for sharing your experiences otherwise a lot of people like me out there will be scammed out of even the little we have in trying to make ends meet.

Goodluck y'al.

I just got off the phone with a ohn rep. He outright lied to me when I asked if there was any expense associated with the marketing of my business ("The only additional expense after the purchase of your package is the $19.95 annual hosting fee."). Then after I listened to the whole song and dance, I said I needed to do more research before I committed and bought a package. He got all sulky (after being very charming and smooth the whole time), and said "Well I know you're not going to call back but here's my direct number, [protected], extension 2237."
I've had plenty of experience with sales pitches, and the tactic I hate the most is the high-pressure, you-have-to-buy-now sell (the "limited time offer" tactic). If a salesperson doesn't want to give you time to independently research the product he's selling you, ask yourself "Why not?" There's never a good reason.

About 3 months ago i wrote a comment here and since then i decided to find out what scams are out there. The trouble is if your a newbie you don't no where to look. It's only until you get riped off or scammed in some way then you either give up until you can afford to try again or you give up completely. I decided not to give up so instead i spent months searching the web for all my answers to all the questions i had regarding scams.
I then put it all together and now have a web site and i explain a lot more about what there is to know and really that's just the start.

http://www.webspawner.com/users/dynerman/index.html

I also have a WordPress web site blog where your welcome to leave a comment.

http://freethenewbie.com/blog

Both sites are only new there are no AdSense ads or any other type of ads even Affiliate ads. This is because there are a lot of other thing's i am working on, learning, experiencing and creating.

I am an Australian and i just hate it knowing that most of the money that is being made from the Internet marketing affiliate programs and or companies are being made from newbies, beginners anyone that is starting out falling sucker to what ever it is they have to offer. You get excited about it all and then you buy the program or buy into the company but have no clue and realising you have to have some kind of computer head to understand it all.
Whether it works for you or not either way they have made money from you.

The only advise you need is to devote as much time as you can towards your website and pray that it pays off but do not under any circumstances give ohn any more money until you see some return for your outlay.

OHN is definitely a scam - none of the callers have any concience and will all hard sell you for a bigger & better package to get that massive traffic you are missing out on!

Do not get involved in any way what-so-ever. You are better off making a donation to Red Cross or a similar charity and get a tax deduction for it! Either way, you are giving your money away!

Do not get involved with them.
