One Minute Clinic review: billed for flu vaccination

On 1/15/2018, I went to the One Minute Clinic at CVS store #8174 to get a flu vaccination. The technician said that the insurance may or may not cover the expense. I responded that if not covered, then I would get the vaccination at my primary care physician's office since Priority Health covers vaccinations.

The technician submitted claim to Priority Health, and then confirmed that it was processed. Since then I have received a bill for $70. Per Priority Health, the claim was rejected because the Priority Health and One Minute Clinic business agreement ended on 12/31/2017.

I contacted One Minute Clinic regarding this matter, and the response was to apply a 20% discount to the bill. Because I was initially told by the technician at One Minute Clinic that the vaccination was covered, I think that this bill should be waived.

Please advise.
