I purchased a piano in February 2005 from Mr. Godiska. At that time he provided me with a re-purchase agreement stating that he would re-purchase the piano within 24 months less 20% the purchase price if we desired. My first calls to Mr. Godiska were in February 2006 stating that I desired to take advantage of the agreement. My husband and I have made over 13 calls to the store trying to get this matter settled. On April 3rd, Mr. Godiska stated that he could not find our paperwork. After 3 failed attempts, my husband was finally able to successfully fax our copy (we were told they had problems with their fax machine). On April 23rd a store employee spoke to Mr. Godiska and relayed a message to me on the phone stating that he would call me the next day to arrange a time to pick up the piano. Other times employees have told me that he was with a customer or on his way out to a service call or simply not in. One employee repeatedly told me that he expected Mr. Godiska in at certain times, but would not guarantee anything (meaning he may not come in). It has been over 3 months waiting for this man to return our calls, despite leaving different phone numbers where he can get in touch with us.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
