Newton County Water and Sewerage Authority review: Employee Nasty Attitude 1

I stopped by this morning to pay my water bill however the attendant at the window was very rude and made some racist comments towards me. This is not the first time this situation accrue I'm just sick of it. She stated to me "YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILL ONTIME, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOU PEOPLE" well excuse me if you don't have time to take care of your customers you need another job. All customers needs to be treated the same dispute race, it was not called for. I've heard many complaints from my neighbors and tax paying citizens and it needs to STOP. I'm taking my complaint to the highest because no one needs to be treated that way. When I ask her for the name of the supervisor she stated that she has other customer's in line. The county needs to do something about this employee. Her attitude was very NASTY, she also told me that I have to pay a $50 for disconnection when my service wasn't disconnected. What really is your policy? Do all customer follow the same policy? My Caucasian neighbor went to pay her bill right after what I told her and she stated she was NOT treated that way and her bill was due the same time however the attendant never told her about the $50 amount. Something is wrong with the system.
