Mugs & Beyond review: Does not deliver products and will not refund 2

On 4 July 2016, I ordered a product off this website. I read reviews and checked the Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/MugsandBeyond/ ) for anything to discredit it and found nothing. I paid $9.85 (which is about ZAR130.00) and received an email to tell me the product has been ordered and shipped. My order number was #5480. I was emailed on the 5th of July to confirm it has been shipped.

On the 19th of September, I followed up and was told that it would take between 60-90 days to arrive. On the 12th of October I followed up again and was told that it was still on it's way and they are keeping track of it. On the 18th of November, 127 days after I made my order, I emailed them again and was told to confirm my shipping and billing address which I did and this was the response

"Thank you for your message. We do apologize for our late reply due to high volume of emails. We've already checked your order and find out that what happened is it got returned either because the address was wrong or the item was not signed for.

A new one will be shipped immediately for you.

Thank you for your time, patience and understanding."

I emailed again on the 9th of January 2017 because I could not find my order number on the website and the 16th of February 2017 eventually asking for a refund and have not received a response since then.

I messaged them on Faceboook on 17th of February and still have not received a response. But they are still posting on their Facebook page every single day. I posted on their page on the 20th of February and they deleted it. I have seen a bad review on their page and deleted it. They don't respond to anything and will not give me my money back.

I am not the only one experiencing this problem. But the posts that people make to complain are deleted off the page. This is a scam through and through!
