MobileZap / Tried to order 3 times

I have ordered a genuine case for my phone from www.mobilezap.com.au and paid via PayPal. Few weeks later I received a message stating that my item was no longer in stock, and since they don't do refunds they offered me to pick something else. So I picked up another cover and they promised to deliver it within two weeks. Two weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted them again and asked about the status of my order. I received the same answer that my order was out of stock and was told to pick up something else. What a joke! Then I said that I want my money back, but they refused. I decided to give them one last chance and picked another item, and two weeks later was told "out of stock". What's wrong with these people??
